Na podstawie art. 7 ust. 3 Regulaminu Organizacyjnego Ministerstwa Obrony Narodowej stanowiącego załącznik do zarządzenia Nr 40/MON Ministra Obrony Narodowej z dnia 22 listopada 2006 r. w sprawie regulaminu organizacyjnego Ministerstwa Obrony Narodowej (Dz. Urz. MON Nr 21, poz. 270 z późn. zm.) wprowadzam do użytku w lotnictwie Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z dniem 14 listopada 2013 r. Procedury podejścia do lądowania i odlotu dla lotnisk Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. 2. Traci moc: Procedury podejścia i odlotu dla lotnisk SZ RP ADP , sygn. WLOP 480/2013 wprowadzone rozkazem nr 171/Sztab/DO Szefa Sztabu Generalnego WP z dnia 25 lutego 2013 roku. 3. Rozkaz wchodzi w życie po upływie 14 dni od dnia podpisania. 5 INFORMACJE OGÓLNE Wstęp Publikacja "Procedury podejścia do lądowania i odlotu dla lotnisk SZ RP" jest opracowywana przez Oddział Informacji i Procedur Lotniczych Szefostwa Służby Ruchu Lotniczego Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej na potrzeby wykorzystania operacyjnego przez lotnictwo wojskowe Sił Zbrojnych RP. Zawiera procedury podejścia do lądowania i odlotu w warunkach VFR i IFR. Składa się z dwóch tomów: pierwszy tom zawiera procedury w jednostkach [m, km, km/h], drugi w jednostkach [ft, NM, kt]. Dodatkowo, w części SUPLEMENT zawarte są procedury podejścia do lądowania i odlotu w warunkach IFR wybranych lotnisk cywilnych, w razie ich wykorzystania jako lotniska zapasowe. Publikacja ta jest drukowana przez 22 Wojskowy Ośrodek Kartograficzny w Komorowie. Cykl publikacji: 56 dni. Jednostki miar wysokości, wzniesienia są wyrażone odpowiednio w stopach (ft)/metrach (m) w wartościach bezwzględnych (ponad poziom morza). odległości są wyrażone odpowiednio w kilometrach (km)/ milach morskich (NM). wartości widzialności są wyrażone w kilometrach. koordynaty są publikowane w oparciu o WGS-84 (World Geodetic System); w publikacji użyto zapisu minut dziesiętnych: 'N, co odpowiada 53 46'58''N. kursy, radiale są magnetyczne. informacja umieszczana w okręgu jest w wyskalowana. Warunki minimalne lotniska zostały wykonane na podstawie zapisów zawartych w Rozporządzeniu Komisji (WE) Nr 859/2008 z dnia r. DA/H (Decision Altitude/Height) Wysokość bezwzględna/względna decyzji - określona wysokość bezwzględna lub wysokość względna przy podejściu precyzyjnym, na której rozpoczyna się procedurę po nieudanym podejściu, gdy nie nawiązano wzrokowego kontaktu z terenem, niezbędnego do kontynuowania podejścia. W sytuacji, gdy brak jest ALS, stosuje się wartość widzialności publikowaną za ukośnikiem. Podejście z okrążeniem. 9 KOREKTA WYSOKOŚCI zgodnie z przepisami PANS-OPS Błąd wysokościomierza Wysokościomierze są skalowane tak, aby wskazywały rzeczywistą wysokość bezwzgledną w warunkach Międzynarodowej Atmosfery Wzorcowa (ISA). Każde odchylenie od ISA spowoduje więc błędne wskazanie wysokościomierza. W przypadku, gdy temperatura jest wyższa niż temperatura ISA, rzeczywista wysokość bezwzględna będzie większa niż wskazywana przez wysokościomierz, a gdy temperatura jest niższa niż temperatura ISA, rzeczywista wysokość bezwzględna będzie mniejsza. Błąd wysokościomierza może być znaczny w warunkach skrajnie niskich temperatur. Temperatura w atmosferze wzorcowej dla poziomu morza wynosi +15 stopni Celcjusza i maleje o kolejne 2 stopnie na każde 300 m powyżej poziomu morza. Piloci powinni dodawać wartości z poniższej tabeli do wartości wysokości publikowanych w procedurach, informując o tym ATC.
