It s a lftng jack and rated vehcle jackng stand for heavy mnng vehcles. ustralan desgned and bult to meet S/NZS 2693:2007 standard for vehcle jacks, t also meets S/NZS 2538:2004 standard for vehcle support stands. The jack uses patented ol-bathed nternal lockng quadrants that are constantly energsed durng the lftng process to gve a fal safe operaton. Ths lockng mechansm automatcally engages n the unlkely event of a hydraulc falure. The Safe D Lock jack s compact and portable and s the perfect choce for the workshop or servce vehcle. Unlocked Indcator When the red ndcator s dsplayed t confrms to the operator that the jack IS NOT mechancally locked and that the quadrants are dsengaged durng lowerng. Rase control button When the Rase control button s held down the jack wll advance, the green ndcator wll dsplay and retract through ths process as the quadrants are engaged and dsengaged as part of the jack s fal safe mechansm. Lock control button Durng lftng, the green ndcator confrms that the quadrants are engaged and ready to lock. The operator then releases the Rase control button and presses the Lock control button; mechancally lockng the jack. green jack mounted mechancal ndcator confrms to the operator that the jack s mechancally locked. Lower control button When the Lower control button s held down the jack wll automatcally dsengage the lockng quadrants and retract va a smooth, load lowerng hydraulc counter balance valve. Lock Indcators The Safe D Lock jack s equpped wth jack mounted mechancal ndcators to confrm to the operator when the unt s mechancally locked as a vehcle support stand. RED INDICTOR lock quadrants are retracted and n an unlocked state. GOLD INDICTOR lock quadrants are engaged and ready to be locked.
