Modular and Common Szes Current ratngs up to 630 A can be suppled n szes: the 50 A and 630 A szes. 00 A and 630 A MCCB are now a common sze. (00 AF) The compact 15 A sze offers the same features and performance but wth reduced dmensons. 50 A 00/630 A 15 A 3. Meterng: TSW CT/V block The TSW meterng block from NHP attaches to TemBreak MCCBs. TheTSW block features a compact desgn whch s the same heght and wdth as the MCCB t fts to. The current transformers used n TSW blocks have a class 0.5S ratng provdng a very hgh degree of measurement accuracy. TSW blocks are sutable for use wth analogue or electronc meters. - 3

Handles and motor operators can be rapdly ftted usng lockng pegs. It takes less than 10 seconds to secure a handle or motor to the MCCB a great tme savng.. IP 65 or IP 55 varable depth handles Superor handles now avalable - IP 55 or IP 65 on all TemBreak MCCBs up to 630 A, and TemBreak 1, 15 A to 1600 A. Symmetrcal door cut-out patterns Door cut-out patterns for handles are symmetrcal, even when breakers are mounted n opposte drectons. Usng TemBreak Operatng handles Usng other MCCB Operatng handles 5. Increased thermal-magnetc flexblty Overload protecton s adjustable between 63 % and 100 % of the ratng. Short-crcut protecton s adjustable on all thermal magnetc models. Short-crcut protecton settngs are sutable for motor startng on all models, ncludng the compact 15 A and 50 A frames. 6. Electronc Protecton n a 50 A Frame The adjustablty of an electronc MCCB s avalable n a 50 A Frame MCCB. OCR Ratngs range from 50 A to 50 A. -

Compact Transfer Swtches Mechancal nterlocks are nstalled on the front of the MCCB, and are compatble wth motor operators and handles. An automatc changeover system can be assembled by a swtchboard bulder or end-user, from components. Alternatvely, complete made-up transfer swtches can be suppled. Transfer Swtch Controller optons The TemLogc controller type TL101 offers a wde range of standard features, ease of nstallaton, all n a compact 1 x 1 x 9 mm housng. The controller s confgured va soft touch buttons on the front fasca. Tmer / Relay controller type TLP offers a smple system of logc control from easy to obtan NHP components. PLC / Relay controller type TLPC offers the functon of a PLC combned wth that of a logc controller. Sutable for TemBreak 1 & MCCBs. 10. Integral earth leakage ELCB / MCCB The ZS earth leakage ELCB from Terasak offers machne or personnel protecton wthn a standard 15 A, 160/ 50 A MCCB frame sze. The ZS earth leakage ELCB also mantans the full functonalty of a standard thermal-magnetc overload / short crcut protecton devce. To help assst wth grouped MCCB power dstrbuton requrements, NHP manufacture standardsed busbar systems, smply called chasss. NHP stock a range of basc chasss whch can be purchased off the shelf, whle more complex, hgher current chasss are produced mostly on a custom bass to sut a customer specfcaton. Remote test of ZS MCCB earth leakage functon and remote trp can be obtaned by usng a fuse protected external resstor and pushbutton to cause an earth leakage to trp the breaker.
