A notable dstncton n the Internatonal Fre Code and NFPA 1 Fre Code - s the requrement that flammable and combustble lqud storage cabnets shall be self-closng. Whle NFPA does not mandate requrements for the storage of nonflammable acds and corrosves, these chemcals should be properly stored for maxmum safety.
