2 R 3000 Modular shelvng system R 3000 the mult-functonal shelvng system R 3000 the mult-functonal shelvng system for all storage tasks. The frame desgn and varable stackng system wthout fxed base, top or ntermedary shelves or horzontal beams permt a completely free confguraton of the shelvng bays wthn the 53 mm-ptch. R 3000 removes the classc dstncton between modular shelvng, longspan rackng and cantlever rackng. One system to store everythng. It can be extended at a later date and s fully versatle. We could not have come up wth a more flexble soluton to your changng storage requrements. The closed specal profle of the uprght has concal grooves on both front sdes whch enable bracket pockets and cross braces to be ftted wthout play. Shelves are hung from lug moldngs on the sdes. The front and sdes are punched to enable the mezzanne support elements to be easly attached. The shelf szes can be altered by repostonng shelves and horzontal beams. Avalable n bay wdths of 994 mm and 1282 mm. Mult-ter shelvng nstallatons can be created usng standardsed buldng components, thus optmsng the storage capacty rght up to the roof. The shelf loadng capacty of up to 5000 kg make the R 3000 shelvng system deal for constructng mult-ter rackng systems wth mezzanne floors. B11

They are assembled on ste and securely fxed wth shelves or horzontal beams and cross braces. A standard mezzanne heght of 2310 mm wth a deckng thckness of 30 mm s desgned to gve suffcent headroom even after the nstallaton of sprnklers, ar condtonng and lghtng etc. The mezzanne heght can be selected n ptch ntervals of 53 mm.
