A ot of time is wasted in camping the job mechanicay using severa components. 2. Uniformity of camping is not assured every time. 3. Not a surfaces are free for machining due to camps. The job may get deformed due to camping, as iustrated in the picture A BETTER SOLUTION 1: Using conventiona magnetic beds Difficuties of the soution: 1. The magnet itsef needs to be camped at predetermined ocations and when they are shifted, again they need to be decamped and camped. 2. When there are severa magnets, severa cabes come out and spread on tabe. 3. For a arge number of big magnets big controer is required.

Any modue of the magnet can be used to switch ON and OFF as a the modues are interconnected with detachabe connectors. This gives a great dea of fexibiity. Doube mag modues aso come with an option in which there is a pair of additiona magnets on one face which are activated by a separate signa. The advantage of this system is that even though you switch off the doube mag and reeases the job, the modue remains camped to the bed there by repeated positioning of the modue is not required. Thus the job can be reeased whie the magnet remains at same position. This feature gives a new eve of fexibiity. Custom versions of the doube mag can aso be manufactured.
