3 System LS To be in a position to offer compete guide systems the consists of guide rais, guide roers and carriages. rais and roers can be used as individua components; in most cases however, standard carriages are used. The foowing figure appies to the oads indicated in the tabes beow: The cod drawn rais have a C shape and are induction hardened. The roers run on the inside raceways of the C-profie. The rais are zinc-pated; aternativey they are avaiabe with nicke-pated surface. Based on the different design of the roers, constructions with fixed or foating bearings can be reaised. Thereby errors in paraeism, height and ange can be baanced. Ony one rai shape is necessary for this. adea offers 3 rai sizes. The carriages can be adjusted free of pay. They are equipped with concentric and eccentric roers and can be combined with 3, 4 or 5 roers. Auto-aigning systems Sef-aigning systems are used to baance high mounting surface toerances between two parae instaed guides. The adea system LS can be combined with the roers RCS and RAS so that high horizonta or vertica toerances can be baanced. The patform runs aong the two rais and is charged with oad F which takes effect 100 mm and 50 mm afar from the midde of the carriage.
