PN Coating Improves Wear Resistance and Too ife in Stainess Stees A heat resistant coating materia with exceent adhesion to the too substrate was achieved by optimizing the AI content. Exhibits high hardness (3000HV) with good wear resistance due to doping of hte ACr coating ayer with Si (TiAN: 2800HV) Exhibits exceent cutting ife for cutting materias such as pastic mods, etc. where too seizure often occurs.
