2 Mode TWS Advanced Air s new range of high performance TWS ceiing swir diffusers have been designed to deiver the high air change rates required to meet the demand of high oads. The circuar pattern of defection vanes, creates an effective swir motion that has exceent entrainment and provides the highest eve of occupancy comfort. Construction Range & Air Patterns Penum Boxes Finish Performance A units are constructed from stee with PVC components and are avaiabe with a matching range of top or side entry penum boxes. Voume contro can be achieved with a damper mounted within the penum inet spigot. Swir diffusers are avaiabe in five standard ceiing modue sizes (300, 400, 500 and 600) as per dimensiona tabe. Custom sizes are aso avaiabe. The bades have been designed so they can be removed and reset in the opposite position. This aows the air pattern to be changed for exampe if the diffuser is positioned cose to a wa. The penum boxes for suppy diffusers are suppied with a perforated pate to ensure an even airfow across the diffuser bades. There is the option of top entry or side entry spigots which can be suppied with an optiona voume contro damper with a hand ocking quadrant or cord operated that can be adjusted through the diffuser bades. The standard diffuser finish is White Poyester Powder RAL 9010 semi-goss with matt back defection bades. Other pane coours are avaiabe on request as we as the option of white defection bades. The tabuated performance data for each isted size of diffuser is based on cooing and heating appications. Pressure drop is stated in Pasca s (N/m2). Throws stated are to a termina veocity of 0.5m/s and used as a maximum vaue wi give a veocity of ess than 0.25m/s within the occupied space. Noise Leves are based on the peak vaues on NR curves. The diffuser is secured to the penum by a screw through the centre to a support bar in the penum. A pastic insert is fitted to the screw head to give an estheticay peasing finish. The diffuser has a 15mm return edge around the perimeter. Other spigot sizes are avaiabe and to determine the height of the penum box add 100mm to the spigot size. The penum box can be suppied with an opposed bade damper fitted within the neck of the spigot, this can be cord operated from the face of the diffuser. Aternativey it can be operated by a hand ocking quadrant (HLQ), access to penum via the ceiing void.
