2 Fiter Return Gries 51F Series uminium The dvanced ir Mode Series 51F Fiter Return Gries are a convenient and economica means of fitering primary return air ocay. They are especiay suited to recircuating air systems such as fan powered termina units, fan cois and heat pumps. They have been designed to match and compiment their respective base modes in appearance. Features: Type S Surface Mount Instaed with coour matched Ø38mm screws or sheet meta screws (or simiar by others) through the neck of the outer frame. Provides an aestheticay cean visua appearance. Type countersunk screw hoes are an avaiabe option. Type L Lay-in T-bar Frames and sub-frames are mechanicay interocked with reinforced mitred corners. Inner core is hinged on one side and secured on the opposite side with convenient 1/4 turn fasteners. ccepts standard 25mm thick, throw-away type fiters (by others). Materia: Extruded auminium Finish: White poyester powder finish RL9010 semi-goss is standard. Other finishes are avaiabe. 6 ir Baancing Devices Opposed Bade Dampers dvanced ir Opposed Bade Dampers are manufactured from extruded auminium bades and frame with misceaneous stee components. The gang operated muti-bade design with bades cosing at 45 degrees permits fine voume contro for accurate baancing with minimum disturbance to the airfow pattern. Bades are individuay pivoted on 25mm centres. The Opposed Bade Damper mounts directy on the neck of the grie and fits most dvanced ir gries. Stee barbed S-cips are used for easy site mounting or remova when ordered separatey. Suppied as standard with a screwdriver sot operator (Type SL) on suppy gries and a screwdriver pivot ever operator (Type PL) on fixed, anged defection return grie. Type SL operator is standard if damper is ordered separatey from grie. Can be specified as an integra part of the grie by adding a O suffix to the grie mode. Min. Size = 100mm x 64mm Max. Size = 600 x 600mm Type SL Operator The SL Operator incorporates a screwdriver sot, which adjusts from the face of the grie. This operator is the standard suppied with suppy air gries such as the singe and doube defection adjustabe bade. Type PL Operator The PL Operator is a conceaed pivot ever, which is adjusted from the face of the grie using a screwdriver. This operator is for use ony on fixed bade, anged defection, return air gries. When specifying, the bade orientation of the damper must be opposite of the grie. 7 Penums For Gries and Diffusers Penum boxes are designed to give even airfow across the dvanced ir range of gries and diffusers. Manufactured from 0.6 to 0.8mm gavanised mid stee, the penum boxes come with a range of spigots suitabe for rectanguar, circuar or fat ova duct connections in either side or top entry appications. Penums are suppied fangeess as standard. Fanges and fixing anges for drop rod/hanging support are optiona extras. Conceaed fixed penums are aso avaiabe on certain products, pease contact dvanced ir saes for further detais. Penums can aso be suppied with optiona baancing devices and therma/ acoustic ining where required. Penum internas are natura finish as standard but optiona matt back interna finish is avaiabe.
