Fue voume varies from 10 to 30 itres. There are two heights of D-shaped tanks 50 mm and 710 mm. The AdBue tank is made of pastic and the voume is 3 itres. The AdBue pump is integrated in the tank modue. There are four different rear axes avaiabe. Maximum axe oad varies from up to 3 tonnes. A axes have differentia ock as standard. FRONT AXLES Front axe oads vary from 7.1 up to 8 tonnes. Tag Axes These are avaiabe in severa configurations fixed with singe or dua whees, or with fixed or steered tag axe. 3 1 chassis Chassis features The chassis is deveoped to give optimum space for superstructure and equipment. Here are some of the key features, which may vary depending on the truck s specification. Frame Body Buider Hoe Row Crane Preparation The upper hoe row is reserved for the body buider. A brackets in the upper hoe row have an offset and an 8 mm spacer. No rivets are used in the upper hoe row. Crane pates on the chassis can be factorymounted. brakes The Vovo FE has pneumatic brakes with ventiated discs front and rear. The EBS (Eectronicay controed Brake System) anti-ocking disc- brake system provides both faster and safer braking response and promotes ess brake wear. The system incudes features such as ABS and Brake Bending. With Brake Bending, the system utiises the vehice s various brakes for more uniform brake appication and ess wear on both the whee brakes and tyres. The extended EBS medium package incudes Hi Hod. ESP (Eectronic Stabiity Program) Standard ESP heps maintain directiona stabiity in difficut conditions, and aso heps in preventing roover. 8 HYDRAULIC RETARDER FOR AL30 AUTOMATIC GEARBOXES The compact, integrated hydrauic retarder (RET-HYDR and RET-TPT variants) is mounted on the gearbox. The max effect is 400 kw. Maximum ratio in the torque converter (TC418) is 1.98:1.

Now it s time for Euro-, the toughest step so far, putting extremey strict imits on emissions of particuate matter PM (0.01 g/kwh) and oxides of nitrogen NOx(0.40 g/kwh for steady-state cyce and 0.4 g/kwh for transient cyce). The new engine components serve two main purposes: to improve gas-fow and make sure the ex hausts reach the after-treatment system at optimum temperature. The DOC produces the NO necessary for the DPF to efficienty combust the particuates. In cod conditions, it aso provides the heat needed for regeneration. In the mixing zone, the exhaust gas is sprayed with AdBue which is an ammonia NH3 soution. When they reach the cataysts, the oxides of nitrogen (NOX) are efficienty transformed into harmess nitrogen gas and water. If the temperature is not achieved during the duty cyce there is a switch in the cab to regenerate the DPF when stationary. There is aso a regeneration gauge in the dash.
