Shifting of proper section of vlve 6/2UREM6... results in connecting the consumer to the sic directionl vlve. The vlves re used for in-line mounting in ny position. DESCRIPTION OF OPERTION Moile 6 wy directionl vlves type 6/2UREM6... (solenoid controlled) nd 6/2URMM6... (hnd lever controlled) re used s one unit or locks with mximum 5 sections. The sections with different control re stckle. Ech section hs ports nd to connect the consumer (e.g. hydrulic cylinder). Ports P1 nd P2 on the side wll (F) of the front (or one unit) section re used to connect the sic directionl vlve. Ports C nd D on the wll (R) of the rer (or one unit) re used to connect the consumer. Depending on the spool position lines P1 nd P2 re connected correspondingly to lines nd or C nd D. Ports P1, P2 nd C, D re situted opposite ech other wht llows the trnsfer of supply from the previous to the next section of the stckle vlve t initil position of spool (2). Solenoid controlled section consists of housing (1), control spool (2), solenoid (3) nd return spring (4). In the cse of mnully controlled section the function of the solenoid is performed y hnd lever unit. In version 6/2UREM6../...OF OF... (without springs, with detent) the spool (2) is positioned nd hold y mens of the detent (5). Its shift results from energizing of one of the solenoids. In version 6/2UREM6.../O... Only vlve working properly nd suitly instlled my e connected to n electric system. Only skilled workers re llowed to connect nd disconnect electric system. 2. It is foridden to pply directionl spool vlve if the supply cle in the glnd of plug-in in- connector is not properly tightened. 3. It is foridden to pply directionl spool vlve if the plug-in in-connector is not properly tightened to the solenoid socket nd is not secured y screwing olt tightly. 4. Due to heting solenoid coils, directionl spool vlves should e plced in order to eliminte the possiility of incidentl touch while using, or, they should e equipped with the coil covers (in ccordnce with the Europen stndrds PN - EN ISO nd PN - EN 982).
