1 Valve cover with a function of controlling closed position of the valve poppet type ULZS ED NS6, 5 up to 0 MPa up to 00 dm /min DT SHEET - OPER RTION MNU NUL WK PPLICTION The valve cover with a function of controlling the closed position of the valve poppet type ULZS ED ED with a valve cartridge version URZS D can be used in hydraulic systems as a pilot-operated check valve, pressure reducing valve and by a combination of several elements as a multi-way control system. DESCRIPTION OF OPERTION The valve cover with a function of controlling the closed position of the valve poppet type ULZS ED ED consists of the valve body () with control bores, inductive poppet position sensor (), nozzle () and valve cartridge version URZS D - the main elements include: bushing, poppet with a damping nose (5), spring (6). The poppet is pressed against the valve seat in the bushing () by means of the spring (6). The flow is possible in both directions: from to and the opposite direction, from to. The valve poppet (5) has steps. They are three surfaces important for its operation. The surface of the seat is considered a 00%. The ring surface was created by gradation of the valve poppet (5), it is, depending on the version, 7% or 50% of the surface. The relation of the : surfaces is therefore,: or :. The surface is equal to + and can amount to 07% or 50% of the surface. The surface remains the same. y changing the ring surface, the actual size of the considered as 00% also changes. The valve opens in both directions of flow if there is no pressure affecting the surface (the connection remains without pressure) and the force of the pressure affecting respectively the or surfaces is greater than the force of the spring (6). If the surface is affected by the controlling pressure, it presses the valve poppet (5) against the valve seat in the bushing () independently from the force of the spring (6). Opening of the valve can take place by unloading the surface or by adequately high pressure at the connection, or else. The nozzle () in the controlling channel makes it possible to choose the type and time of the opening. The position sensor () allows for monitoring the closed position of the poppet (5), voltage states at the output pins of the sensor () depending on the poppet stroke (5) - see the diagram at page. Only fully functional and operational valve cover in a set with a fitted during assembly, factory sensor and valve cartridge can be used.. During operation one must keep proper viscosity of the hydraulic fluid recommended in this Data Sheet Operation Manual.. In order to provide failure-free free and safe operation of the valve cover,, one should systematically check: condition of electrical connection operation of the valve cover cleanliness of the hydraulic fluid. Due to heating of the valve cover body to high temperature, the valve cover should be placed in such a way as to eliminate a possibility of accidental contact with the valve cover body during operation or one should provide suitable covers compliant with the requirements of European standards: s PN - EN ISO 7 - and PN - EN. 5.
