4 4/16 Bosch Rexroth AG Hydrulics SEC RE 22035/06.10 Function, section Generl The directionl vlve Type SEC is directionl poppet vlve with solenoid ctution. It controls strt, stop nd direction of the flow nd siclly comprises housing (1), the solenoid (2) s well s the hrdened vlve system (3). The mnul override llows for the the switching of the vlve without solenoid energiztion. Bsic principle In the initil position, the control spool (5) is pushed onto the set y the spring (4). The force of the solenoid (2) cts vi n ctuting element (6) nd the ll (7) on the control spool (5). Depending on the spool, up to four vlve systems (3) re instlled in the housing tht cn e connected in different wys. Attention! It hs to e mde sure tht the specified mximum flow is not exceeded! An orifice insert must e used for limiting the flow, if necessry (see pge 11). Depending on the production tolernces, pump or tnk preopening of the vlve results. Tht is why different pressure courses my result during the switching process in vlves of the sme type. One vlve lone must never e used for holding lods or for positioning. A B A B 2
