1 Directionl Control Vlves Solenoid Operted with 8W Coil RPEA3-06 0/20 Size 06 (D 03) 350 br (5076 PSI) 80 L/min (2 GPM) Replces 2/2007 /3-, /2- wy directionl control vlves Enclosure type to IP65 Push button mnul override Instlltion dimensions to DIN 2 30 / ISO 0 / CETOP RP2-H Subpltes see dt sheet HA 0002 Functionl Description The RPEA3 directionl control vlves consist of housing (), control spool (5) with two centering springs (), cylindricl operting solenoids (2, 3), electric wirebox (9) nd connector (6). The three-position directionl control vlves re fitted with two solenoids nd two springs. Two-position directionl control vlves hve either one solenoid nd one return spring or two solenoids nd detent ssembly. The solenoids re supplied with DC voltge through the Ports on the wirebox optionl on both sides or through Connector Item (5 - Pin) M2, see wiring digrm (pge 6). The wires re connected to terminl plte inside the wirebox. Optionl lights re instlled on this terminl plte for shift indiction. The lights re visible s rised rrows on the vlve lbel. The solenoids re retined by the Nut (7) nd plug-in to the wirebox. Plug -in design llows esy removl without wire chnge. In the cse of solenoid mlfunction or power filure, the spool of the vlve cn be shifted by mnul override (8), provided the pressure in T- port does not exceed 25 br (362,5 PSI). The vlve housing () is phosphte coted nd the solenoids (2, 3) re zinc coted. T P A B
