2 /06 Hengli hydrulic Hydrulic components Directionl vlve Type G...WE6...L6X Function nd configurtion GWE type directionl control vlve is the directionl vlve of explosion protection solenoid used to control strt, stop nd flow direction of oil fluid. The directionl control vlves consist of housing (1), one or two solenoids (2), the control spool(3), nd one or two return springs (4). In the de-energised condition the control spool (3) is held in the neutrl or initil position by mens of return springs (4) (except for pulse spools). The control spool (3) is ctuted vi wet pin solenoids (2). To gurntee stisfctory opertion cre should be tken to ensure tht the solenoid pressure chmber is filled with oil. The control spool(3) is moved to the expected position by solenoid(2) nd pushing rod(5), nd this gives free flow from P to A nd B to T or P to B nd A to T. When the explosion protection solenoid(2) is powered off, control vlve element (3) is pushed to the initil position by reset spring (4). Type G4WE6...L6X/OB2... (limited to functions A, C nd D). This type contins 2 switching positions nd 2 directionl control vlves without locting mechnism explosion protection solenoid. Type G4WE6...L6X/OFB2... pulse vlve (limited to functions A, C nd D). It contins 2 switching positions, 2 explosion protection solenoids nd 1 directionl control vlve with locting mechnism. 2 switching positions re fixed seprtely, so it is unnecessry to continuously electrify explosion protection solenoid. The working limit given is used for flow in two directions only (such s P A flow of B T bckflow). Due to the flow forces cting within the vlves, the permissible switching power limits my be considerbly lower with only one direction of flow (e.g. P A while port B is blocked) (In such cses, plese consult us!) The switching power limit ws estblished while the solenoids were t operting temperture, t 10 % under voltge nd without tnk pre-loding.
