1 LICTION Electriclly operted directionl spool vlve with soft-shift function type WE10 NS 10 Electriclly operted directionl spool vlve type WE10 is intended for chnging the direction of fluid flow in hydrulic system llowing chnge of the direction of movement of the receiver usully piston rod of cylinder or hydrulic motor nd lso performnce of sttes: strt, stop. It cn e used to eliminte rising when overriding dverse dynmic phenomen s less expensive lterntive to proportionlly controlled directionl control vlve with electronic controller. It is djusted for suplte mounting in ny position. The spool (2) is shifted when it is moved into one of end positions y the force of solenoid () ffecting it. The return of the spool into neutrl position nd centering re secured y the centering springs (4). The shpe of the spool (2) (control edge spcing) cuses chnge of the hydrulic digrm performed y the vlve. Functions of ports: - supply port T, T - oil return to the tnk, - ports for receiver ( hydrulic cylinder or hydrulic motor) X T 7 The throttle/check vlves (6) llow for setting the speed of spool (2) position chnge, independently, t turning on nd turning off the solenoids () nd in the effect, eliminting dynmic sttes (pressure peks nd flow peks), cusing overlod of the receiver nd the hydrulic system, s well s noise genertion. In cse of power filure, the shift of the spool (2) cn e done mnully y the utton (). The vlve cn e equipped with throttling orifice (7), stndrd mounted in the port. NOTE: rior to strt of the opertion of the vlve, it is necessry to thoroughly vent the soft shift vlves (6) ports nd solenoid chmers () - see pge 2: requirements for instlltion nd opertion - point 8. Only fully functionl nd opertionl vlve, properly connected to electricl instlltion must e used. Connecting or disconnecting the vlve to n electricl instlltion must only e crried out y qulified personnel. 2. Ground connection ( ) must e connected with protective erth wire (E ) in supply system ccording to pproprite instructions.. Solenoid plug shll precisely dhere to socket nd shll e secured with thred olt screwed in securely in plce. It is foridden to operte the vlve if the tightness nd suitle clmp of cle in the plug glnd re not ensured. 4. During the period of opertion must e kept fluid viscosity cc. to requirements defined in this Dt Sheet - Opertion Mnul. In order to ensure filure free nd sfe opertion the following must e checked: condition of the electricl connection proper working of the vlve clenliness of the hydrulic fluid 6. Due to heting of electromgnet solenoid coils to high temp., the vlve shll e plced in such wy to eliminte the risk of ccidentl contct with solenoid or vlve housing during opertion or to pply suitle covers cc. to N - EN ISO nd N - EN In order to ensure tightness of the directionl vlve lock, one should tke cre of dimension of seling rings, tightening torques nd vlve opertion prmeters given in this Dt Sheet - Opertion Mnul 8. rior to first use of the vlve, one should vent the soft shift vlves. It is recommended to set the vlve in such wy tht the vlve settings were directed upwrds. In order to provide thorough venting, it is recommended to unscrew the soft shift vlves, immerse the ports in oil tht is used nd override the vlve without ny lod. This process should e repeted until the ports re full, nd then, the vlves cn e screwed. fter venting, set the vlves setting to chieve optiml opertion of the vlve. 9. person tht opertes the vlve must e thoroughly fmilir with this Dt Sheet - Opertion Mnul.
