3 Technical possibilities Lifting the axiu weight DMU 3 PLUS autoatically controls the crane s speed as the axiu peritted loading values are reached. All in one DMU 3 PLUS is a syste which besides crane functions, controls other truck electronic functions as well (e.g.: switching on/off of the truck directly for the reote control). Does not fall The exclusive Effer truck anti-tilting syste cobined with DMU 3 PLUS, allows you to operate with the crane safely. Dual zone DMU 3 PLUS allows two different work areas of the crane to be controlled based on truck stability. 4 Technical possibilities Hosereel with internal hoses Hoses can be positioned inside the boo section using a special tool. This solution definitely akes the crane ore copact as all the hoses are stored inside the boos. Moreover it is very effective in protecting the fro environental agents and usage, so that they will last longer. Versatile heat exchanger Heat exchangers are available in two sizes, both and l/. The possibility to install a bigger heat exchanger on your crane will let you anage up to four siultaneous oveents when working. TIME TO MONEY Max Speed Liitation (MSL) DMU 3 PLUS allows you to anage crane hook speed, during siultaneous oveents of the boos. In this way, load swings are reduced and shocks to the crane structure are avoided. 5 Stronger, further Effer second boo and extensions In the design stage of a truck-ounted crane, the second boo with its extensions is the crucial eleent to focus. These coponents help to define crane perforance in ters of boo length, working speed, lifting capacity and stress resistance. Effer designers, thanks to their experience have coe up with any exceptional production and technical solutions to always give you the best perforance for precision and load safety. SURGICAL PRECISION Safe load Effer patented the Pro.Dec - Progressive Deceleration syste which consists in end stroke hydraulic shock absorbers inside the extension cylinders. With Pro.Dec syste the opening and closure of extension cylinders is very sooth and silent. The syste reduces load oscillation, aking work safer and ore efficient. Easy to disasseble Effer patented a special spring fastening for cylinders, which replaces retaining screws. This allows cylinders to be disassebled very easily without requiring specific tools even after years of use. Always straight Effer developed a sart and effective solution for cylinder attachents. In this way they are not affected by boo bending. The seals wear out less and last longer as they ove inside a straight cylinder. Maxiu balancing Extension cylinders are syetrically ounted according to the boo line. In this way you have perfect balance of extensions during output and return anoeuvre. Unbeatable speed The HSS High Speed Syste uses a regeneration valve, aking the extensions open ore quickly as it recovers the oil which would otherwise go into the tank. The High Speed Syste allows you to save up to 5% of your tie when an extension coes out. This oveent in sequence enable the crane weight to be reduced, and keeps greater lifting power and greater loading capacity for transport, thus reducing working tie. 7 Wind&Drive syste and Effer winch Advantages A sart possibility for Today 7% of ediu-large cranes are used with a winch. With Effer solution Wind&Drive, the winch cable pulleys are integrated into the crane structure. Most of operations needed to use the winch are thus eliinated: switching fro crane with hook to crane with winch is iediate, quicker and easier, with better results in less tie. Total integration The cobination of Wind & Drive and winch in the crane boos allow you to be iediately ready to work without ounting additional coponents in the first operating stages. It also allows you to fold the crane quickly at the end of the job. The Quickfaster device: a clever option If you want to save even ore tie in ounting and deounting the jib or other accessories on the crane you can ask for the Quickfaster device for Effer 15, allowing you to connect all the hoses in one tie.
