By replaing the worn arbon brushes in time, you will protet the motor of your mahine from damage. Covered for more safety! 2 BDS Magneti Core Drilling Mahines are safe to handle. Due to internal abling, ables are proteted against being torn-off. Full wave ontrol eletronis enable the motor performane to onstantly adapt to the load when drilling. This feature enables the mahine to deliver of high power with a low rotation speed and a steady operating sequene. If the peak load is too high, the eletroni torque shutdown will ativate and prevent the tool from breaking. No more running dry or overheating. 5 One of the most important and differentiating feature of a BDS magneti ore drilling mahine is its gearbox. The BDS mahines have multi-stage oil gearbox. An oil gearbox helps in provding lubriation to all the gears uniformly, therefore making the BDS mahines more robust and reliable for longer servie time. Magnet adhesion indiator! 7 Easy to adjust with preision! 3 You an reognize mahines with Swivel Base by this label. The Swivel Base is an adjustment mehanism on the BDS magneti ore drilling mahines to position the mahine even under the magneti ondition. To use it: Bring the mahine roughly into position, ativate the magnet, disable the Swivel Base loking mehanism and now adjust the mahine exatly. A relief, espeially for overhead or horizontal work. Thanks to the tool's automati internal lubriation, the utting oil is always applied where it is needed. This priniple ensures an exat amount and even distribution over the entire utting area. The drill doesn't run dry or overheat, and there's no unneessary use of oolant. This signifiantly improves tool life and work results. The load onfiguration and the reserves of the eletromagnet are exatly adapted for the performane of the respetive magneti ore drilling mahine. The user is informed by an indiator if the magnet is ompletely lamped or not on the material. LED green: The magneti adhesion meets the minimum requirements. The multitude of optionally available drill adapters greatly inreases the flexibility and the ease of use of the two ore drilling mahines. The trak onstrution mahine range is topped off with the BDS speial drills of the arbide RAIL series, whih have a utting depth of 30 mm and a diameter of 16 mm to 36 mm. The drill on both mahines is lubriated and ooled through an external attahable high-pressure storage tank. Use the ooling lubriant onentrate BDS 6000 to ool and lubriate the mahine.
