These regulations make it a requirement for employers to provide effetive methods to ontrol exposure to ertain hazardous materials and substanes in the work plae utilising general or loal exhaust ventilation systems. The regulations also require that the system installed be inspeted and maintained on a regular and doumented basis. ACCESS has been developed for ommerial and industrial appliations with the emphasis on fast installation, reliable performane and aess for inspetion. It features a new generation of bakward urved fans speially seleted for their performane and non overloading harateristis. This range of retangular fans are available with mathed aessories for omplete ventilation systems in a variety of duted appliations. The innovative and ompat design of the galvanised steel asing, bakward urved impeller and motor unit ensures that the ACCESS model oupies no more spae than ordinary forward urved units. An aess panel on all models omes omplete with the motor and impeller assembly mounted on it making maintenane a swift and simple proedure. Motors/Impeller The range is powered by a proven external rotor motor and impeller assembly dynamially balaned for quiet, vibration free performane. Motors are rated IP44 aording to BS EN Bearings are greased for life and are designed to run at any angle. Motor insulation is Class B. 1 to 315 dia. operating temperatures 5 C; 355 to 71 dia 4 C. Manufature of the motor impellers, asings and assembly are all ontrolled to BS EN ISO 91 standards. The motor/impeller assemblies are dynamially balaned to VDI 26 Eletrial Single phase 22-24V 5 Hz. Capaitor start and run. The apaitors are loated in the terminal box where possible. Three phase V 5Hz. The terminal box on models 355 to 71 are proteted to IP54 aording to BS EN All motors are fitted with Standard Thermal Overload Protetion (S.T.O.P.), whih should be wired into all ontroller iruits and into starter ontators. Models are available with 2, 4, 6 and 8 pole motors. Performane Tested to BS 848 Parts 1 & 2. Published db(a) figures are free field sound pressure levels at 3m with spherial propagation at a referene level of 2 x 1 5 Pa (2 miro-pasals).
