2 TR LINE PIPE-BEVELING The TR line pipe-beveling machines are designed for cutting,end facing, internal and external beveling of steel pipes with thickness up to 50 mm. The split frame of the beveling machines makes it possible to set themat the assembled pipelines. Each beveling machine produces high-quality pipe ends which do not require postprocessing. The operating element of the beveling machine is two cutting tool holders; the tool travel is 0.1 mm per revolution. Two cutters are set at the machine: one for pipe edge cutting, and the other for beveling. There can be set two cutters instead, which makes cutting two times faster. 3 TO line portable orbital beveling machines TO line portable orbital beveling machines are designed for mechanical cutting with simultaneous beveling of thin-wall pipes from ferrous and nonferrous metal, stainless steel, plastic and other materials.. The pipe is fixturized using jaws which provides a reliable and firm fixation and prevents pipe wall deformation. The operating element is a mill cutter (saw blade). The mill cutters rotational speed can be adjusted within the range from 150 to 250 rpm according to the pipe material and size. The edge of a pipe is cut manually by an operator which allows controlling the process of cutting. During that, when the cutting mill is starting turning from its initiate state, it is automatically smoothly fed to the pipe, and after that the operator only has to continue the turn and complete the cutting off.
