One the system has been initially filled via a quik filling loop, should the pressure fall below the old fill pressure the unit operates automatially to restore that pressure. If high or low-pressure onditions should our the boiler/hiller operation an be interrupted via the volt-free ontats provided. The unit is used in onjuntion with a suitably sized expansion vessel from our Aquatank range of replaeable diaphragm vessels tested to BS6144. All pakaged equipment is manufatured in aordane with ISO9001 quality assurane proedures. STANDARD SPECIFICATION AquaTeh ET series, heating or hilled water pressurisation unit. Suitable for old fill pressures up to 3.0 bar/45psi ET45 and 7.0 bar/98psi with ET90 model. Controlled by AquaTeh 2020Plus miro-proessor ontroller with pressure transduer for long-term reliability and auray, n-volatile EPROM memory and data logging funtion. Fully pakaged unit irporating; single or twin pressurisation pumps, (auto hange-over to even wear with twin pump models); Solid state pump drives with thermal overload protetion; Automati periodi pump pulsing to prevent pump seizure; Combined high/low system pressure ut-out relay volt-free ontat; RS232 or 422/485 serial ommuniations port; 18-litre mains water break-tank with 15mm float valve having a type AA air gap to Water Supply Regulations 1999; Fasia ontrols to provide indiating lights for eah pump ondition or status, run, hand, off, auto; User friendly Fasia keypad to enter & set operational parameters, reset alarm & mute; Plain English 2 Line LCD illuminated display. Automati ut-out and reset on tank low water level to prevent pump from dry running, 8 BMS Volt free relay onnetions, Fasia lights for pump tripped ondition. All ontrols ontained within a powder oated sheet steel dust and damp proof enlosure to IP54, with interloking door isolator. The plantroom is on the ground floor. From hart 1; From hart 2; Superimposed pressure at 80 C is bar. Stati height is taken as 4 storeys at 3 metres per floor = 12 metres = 1.2 bar. Plus superim posed pressure of bar (from hart 1) equals 1.4 bar, whih is our low pressure alarm point. Add bar for support pump start, plus bar for duty pump start, plus bar for duty pump stop. therefore old fill pressure = = 2.0 bar. From hart 3; Cross referene 400 kw boiler power (assuming 10 litres per kw for system ontent) with 2.0 bar old fill pressure, gives pressurisation unit model 1ET45 or 2ET45 (twin pump) From hart 4; Cross referene 400 kw with boiler flow temperature of 82 C gives expansion vessel size 500VR. Model seleted: Aquapak 1ET45, or 2ET45 for twin pump unit, omplete with 500VR expansion vessel.
