Keep these instrutions in sfe ple for future referene. Sfety Advie We strongly reommend the use of work gloves during ssemly. Do not ttempt to ssemle the greenhouse in windy or wet onditions. Do not touh overhed power les with the luminum profiles. Alwys wer shoes nd sfety goggles when working with extruded luminum. Dispose of ll plsti gs sfely - keep them out of reh of smll hildren. The greenhouse must e positioned nd fixed on flt level surfe. Do not len ginst or push the greenhouse during onstrution. Keep hildren wy from the ssemly re. Do not position your greenhouse in n re exposed to exessive wind. Do not ttempt to ssemle this greenhouse if you re tired, hve tken drugs or lohol or if you re prone to dizzy spells. If using step ldder or power tools ensure tht you follow the mnufturers sfety dvie. Hot items suh s reently used grills, lowtorhes, should kept wy from the greenhouse wlls. We reommend the greenhouse is olted to onrete se or sls (fix hinges re not supplied). However, if you wnt to fix diretly in to the onrete ensure there re no hidden pipes or les in the ground efore inserting the pegs. Generl Advie This multi-prt ssemly is est hived y two people. If you re fixing your greenhouse diretly to solid onrete foundtion use the pre drilled holes in the metl se supplied. The omponent prts should e heked nd lid out lose t hnd. Keep ll smll prts (srews et.) in owl so they do not get lost. Cre & Mintenne When your greenhouse needs to e lened, use mild detergent solution nd rinse with old len wter. Crry out the ssemly steps in the order set out in the instrutions. The front of the greenhouse is the wll inluding the door, nd the k is the opposite wll. After ssemly fit the greenhouse to the se using onnetors no. 35 nd fit the whole unit to leveled finl position. You my use Silion lurint spry in order to help you slide the profiles on the onnetors. Do not spry the Polyronte pnels. Use the ruer mlet if neessry. Avoid shking the plsti onnetors. Notes (y steps) step 4 Profile 848 should e pled on the left hnd side to e onneted to profile 849. Profile 848 is the one with the onnetor t the end. step 5 After onneting profiles 816 to eh other len the onnetion re using loth. Ple the over strip on the onetion only when it is len nd dry. press the over strip from one side of the onnetion to the other s mentioned in piture 4. step 8 Profile 835 & 836 should e ligned nd onneted ording to the illustrtion on pge 8 &. plug should e inserted to eh onnetion while the two dots on the front of the plug should e in horizontl position for esy ssemly. step 10 Use prt 95 s templte in order to mesure the gp etween posts 800 & 801 of the greenhouse wll nd roof re. step 12 Profile 841 should e pled on the right hnd side. Profile 840 should e pled on the left hnd side when viewed from the front step 13 Slide the pnel 566 till the end of the ril nd insert it into it s finl position s shown in illustrtion. step 19 Be reful to ssemle the window in the position s shown on piture 19. profile 809 should e pled while the vent is losed to over ny gp. Ensure profile 809 is fitted orretly s shown on piture 19. The lip on 809 should fe towrd the gutter. step 22 Slide the pnel 558 till the end of the ril nd insert it into it s finl position s shown in illustrtion nd. step Step inside the greenhouse nd turn ll plugs 1/4 of turn lokwise. step 24 Profiles 814 should e inserted from the four orners of the greenhouse, then insert profile 815 in etween them. step 25 Ensure you use long srew 450 to seure the door th 363 s shown in illustrtion.
