However, only instlltion procedures requiring dditionl informtion re included. Use the sme procedures for the LH side nd RH side. The procedures listed elow re for the LH side. 1. REMOVE FRONT PILLR GRNISH SSY (See pge 7628) () Remove the front door scuff plte LH. () Remove the cowl side trim ord LH. (c) Remove the front door opening trim wetherstrip. (d) Remove the front pillr grnish corner piece. (e) Remove the front pillr grnish L01 Moulding 2. REMOVE FRONT SIE FIX WINOW () Using knife, cut off the moulding, s shown in the illustrtion. e creful not to dmge the vehicle ody with the knife. () Remove the remining moulding. Mke prtil cut in the moulding. Then pull nd remove it y hnd. ut Moulding ut ut ut lip Pino Wire (c) (d) From the interior, insert pino wires etween the vehicle ody nd glss, s shown in the illustrtion. When seprting the glss from the vehicle, e creful not to dmge the vehicle s pint or interior / exterior ornments. (e) ut through the dhesive y pulling the pino wire round the glss. (f) Using suction cup, remove the glss. (1) Using knife, cut wy ny rough dhesive on the contct surfce of the vehicle ody to ensure the pproprite surfce shpe. Leve s much dhesive on the vehicle ody s possile. (2) len the contct surfce of the vehicle ody with piece of shop rg sturted with clener. Even if ll the dhesive hs een removed, clen the vehicle ody. Instlltion re Vehicle ody 4. INSTLL QURTER PNEL SPER () Instll new spcer to the vehicle ody, s shown in the illustrtion Hook Fstener INSTLL HOOK FSTENER () ot the instlltion prt of the hook fstener with Primer G. llow the primer coting to dry for 3 minutes or more. INSTLL FRONT SIE FIX WINOW () Using rush, cot the exposed prt of the vehicle ody with Primer M. llow the primer coting to dry for 3 minutes or more. o not cot the dhesive with Primer M. (3) ot the glss with dhesive, s shown in the illustrtion. Specifiction: re Mesurement 8 mm (0.31 in.) 6 mm (0.24 in.) (d) Instll the front side fix window to the vehicle ody.
