Viridin Solr reommends tht the pnel instlltion is rried out y n instller with roofing ompetene. For est results Don t rush it. Lurite gskets with window lening fluid or sopy wter nd run flt lded srewdriver long the gsket to open it up efore pushing in the flshing. Ensure the flshing edges re stright. Eletril Eletrilly test eh solr pnel s it is instlled. Cles n e pssed through roofing memrne lps for onnetion inside the uilding (reommended) or onneted to djent pnels in the tten spe. Choose to onnet pnels in rows or olumns sed on onsidertion of shding nd potentil differene. Pnels n e instlled with the juntion ox t the top or ottom.

Lndspe instlltion follows the sme priniples Clerline TL OPEN THE YELLOW BOX TL TL Strt with the ottom left pnel. Brkets rotte into the lower slot on the pnel frme. Fix the tten rkets () to the left side with two mm srews (9) eh. Fix rfter rkets () t the ottom to eh rfter the pnel rosses with two 0mm srews (0) eh. X TL Fit the sill flshing () then the lower side flshing () to the pnel. Flshings push into the ruer gsket sel in the upper slot of the pnel frme. Tke re to lign the leding edge just ove the yellow line on the gsket. Use sopy wter or glss lening fluid to lurite.

10 Clerline TL Seure the edge of the side flshing using side fixing ts (7) nd nil (). Fold over the t on the sill flshing () to grip the side flshing. Fold down the t on the side flshing (). TY-A GREEN BOX TY-A OPEN THE GREEN BOX Fix omi rfter rkets () to eh rfter the pnel rosses with four 0mm srews (0) eh. 9

11 Clerline TY Push the joining strip () into the gsket on the top fe of the lower solr pnel. Align to the entre of the pnel. Slide the upper solr pnel down the roof to simultneously engge with the omi-rket nd the joining strip. Aligning the pnels on the right orner then rotting the left orner downwrds ensures smooth onnetion. TY-A TY-A Fix the left side of the solr pnel with tten rkets () nd mm srews (9). Push in the upper side flshing () nd fix the outside edge with side fixing ts (7). Fold the protruding end of the joining strip () down over the side flshing. 0

12 Clerline 7 TC RED BOX TC x Fix omi-tten rkets () to the right hnd side of the ottom solr pnel. The rket must e turned so tht the side with the tller edge goes into the pnel. Fix eh rkets with two mm srews (9). 0mm TC Slide the first pnel of the next olumn sidewys to engge with the omi-tten rkets. The rket sets the gp to 0 mm. Seure the new solr pnel to eh rfter it rosses with rfter rkets () nd two 0mm srews (0) eh.

13 Clerline 9 Push the sill flshing () into the gsket on the solr pnel. TC 0 TC Slide the lower gutter (7) etween the two solr pnels from the top. Fold the t t the ottom ehind the sill flshing. Loop the gutter fixing strip () into the slot on top of the gutter. Fix the strip to tten with nil. TC Align the ottom orner of the lower gutter overs () with the ottom edge of the solr pnel nd push the gutter overs into the gsket. Fold down the retining ts.

14 Clerline BLUE BOX Fix omi-rfter rkets () to the top of the pnel elow nd omi-tten rkets () to the right hnd side of the pnel to the left. Fit the upper gutter (9) etween the solr pnels nd nil the gutter fixing strip to tten. Push the upper gutter over (0) into the pnel gsket. Fold the end of the joining strip down into the gutter. TL TL TL For eh rfter it rosses, fix rfter rket () to the top of the top left pnel nd seure with two 0mm srews (0) eh. You my need to dd tten ove the pnel to support the top flshing. Push the top flshing () into the pnel gsket. The tile support () is needed for some tile types. Feed the two strps under the fom nd seure the strps to tten ove. x

15 Clerline Push the joining strip () into the gsket in the top edge of the pnel elow nd slide the solr pnel in to engge with the joining strip nd omi-rkets on two sides. Fit gutter over (0) into the pnel gsket. Fold the end of the joining strip down into the gutter. TR ORANGE BOX TR TR TR Fix three omi-tten rkets () to the right hnd side of the pnel to the left. Slide the new pnel into position. Fix with rfter rkets () on the ottom edge nd tten rkets () to the right hnd side.

16 7 Clerline Push the sill flshing () into the gsket t the ottom of the solr pnel. Push the lower side flshing () into the gsket on the right hnd side of the pnel. TR TR Fit the lower gutter (7), () nd lower gutter overs (). See steps 0 nd. Fit side fixing ts (7) nd fold over the t on the sill flshing. See step.

18 Clerline Remove the pper strip on the underside of the sill flshing nd dress the led down onto the tiles. For some tile types it my e neessry to hmfer the high points under the sill flshing. Lighter tiles will sit more netly if the fom surround is trimmed. For sltes, trim the fom to within 0mm of its se nd fltten over the outside edge of the flshing. 7
