5 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 3 EI Separate the 2 different types of wheels, 2 locking wheels (EH) and 2 regular wheels (EI). CJ ttach the front brace (CJ) to the left and right cart side panels (E and E) EH ttach the locking wheels (EH) to the back of the bottom shelf (EG) and the regular wheels (EI) to the front of the bottom shelf (EG). E TIP: One person should align the left side, while the second person assembles the right side. To secure the wheels, hand tighten first. Then, tighten further using the wrench provided in the hardware pack. E EG ack view X ack view X X X Close up 2 Ensure that the wheels are firmly locked in the ON position before continuing. ssemble the left and right pillars (EC and ED), to the cart side panels, as shown in figure and. E E ssemble the left side panel (E) and the right side panel (E) to the bottom shelf (EG). EC EG Next, assemble the left and right pillars to the front brace (CJ) and the bottom shelf (EG), as shown in figure C and D. EXTREMELY HEVY. + ttach the right side shelf fascia (DH) to the right side shelf table (DG), as shown. a. Position the top lid and burner box assembly ( and ) onto cart assembly (C) as shown. b. Use the hardware to connect both parts, on the left and right sides, at the three points indicated in Figure and C. DH C 66 DG C 66 X6 X6 X6 TIP: To position the right side shelf, insert the two hooks on the side shelf assembly into the two openings located on the right upper side panel (C). DG C 6 ttach the upper back panel (CM) to both the left and right side panels (E and E). E CM ssemble the right side shelf assembly to the cart assembly, as shown in figure. Only install hardware in the bottom portion of the back panel, as shown in figure. DO NOT TIGHTEN SCREWS UNTIL THE SIDE SHELF HS EEN INSTLLED. 7 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 9 Front ttach the left shelf fascia (D) to the left side shelf table (D). Remove the hardware that is pre-assembled to the side burner valve bracket (CC), as shown in figure. Insert the side burner valve stem through the rear of the left side shelf fascia (D). ssemble the side burner valve to the side shelf fascia, using the hardware removed. CC ssemble the side burner control knob (#) to the side burner valve (CC). Hardware may be included with the hardware pack. D 66 D D 0 D TIP: To position the left side shelf, insert the two hooks on the side shelf assembly into the two openings located on the upper left side panel (). ssemble the right side shelf assembly to the cart assembly, as shown in figure. Position the side burner (DD) through the opening in the left side burner drip pan (DC). 3 Place the heat shield (CN) into the groove which is located at the back side of the front panel as shown in figure. Next, attach the heat shield (CN) to the upper back panel (CM) by using the self tapping screws (x ), as shown in figure. THE HET SHIELD RESTS ELOW THE FRONT RCE ND CK PNEL. CN DD DC b. Make sure that the side burner (DD) engages the side burner valve (CC) as shown in figure. 9 Underside view c. Using the wing nut provided, assemble the side burner to the side burner drip pan (DC), as shown in figure C. c. ssemble the towel bar (CO) onto door (EF). CO DC 6 EF 3 C TIP: efore attempting to assemble the door (EF) to the right pillar (ED), locate the two clasps on the door Hinge. Next, locate the two small openings on the right side pillar. d. ttach the end of the side burner electrode wire (DD2) to the underside of the side burner electrode, as shown in figure D. Ensure that the wire is pushed in firmly. EF DD2 ED a. Hold the door perpendicular to the Q Cart. lign the two clasps on the door hinge (EF), with the two holes on the right side pillar (ED). Once aligned push the two clasps into the openings, and immediately push down to lock clasps in place. D b. ssemble the door (EF) to the right pillar (ED), as shown in figure, using the screws provided. e. Place the side burner cooking grate(de) into postion on the side burner shelf, as shown in figure E. DE E 3

9 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS Place the flame tamers (G) into the burner box. a. Insert the grease tray (CL) into the opening in the upper back panel (CM), making sure to engage tracks located under burner box. G b. Place the grease cup (CK) onto the tracks, located on the underside of the grease tray (CL). CL CM CK Model may not be exactly as shown. 6 H a. Place the cooking grates (H) into the burner box, as shown in figure. Unscrew the electronic ignitor button (CE2) and insert one battery into the electronic igniter battery compartment, with the positive end facing outward. * attery not included. CE2 I b. Insert the three small positioning rods of the warming rack (I) into the rear panel of the burner box.

10 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 9 FOR PROPNE MODEL ONLY. For natural gas model, follow step 20. a. Position the 20 lb propane tank onto the bottom shelf (EG), and secure using the bolt (already attached) located on the underside of the bottom shelf, as shown in figure. EG b. ttach the regulator coupling nut to the LP cylinder valve. F TTENTION: For your families safety, do not attempt to light this Q until you have reviewed pages - of the CENTRO Safety & Care Manual. ll Safety and Leak test MUST E PERFORMED Y THE END USER, prior to lighting this Q. WRNING Do not store extra propane tanks within Q cart. 20 CC FOR NTURL GS MODEL ONLY. ttach the natural gas hose (C) to the side burner valve (CC) as shown. C TTENTION: In order to complete installation of your Natural Gas Q a /2 or 3/ adapter may be required to connect your Q s Natural Gas hose to your home gas supply. Contact your Natural Gas supplier to purchase the necessary part. 6
