5 SSEMLY INSTRUTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUTIONS DK Separate the different types of wheels, locking wheels (DJ) and regular wheels (DK). ttach the locking wheels (DJ) to the back of the bottom shelf (DI) and the regular wheels (DK) to the front of the bottom shelf (DI). DJ ssemble the left and right pillars (), to the cart side panels, as shown in figure and. To secure the wheels, hand tighten first. Then, tighten further using the wrench provided in the hardware pack. Front Position the top lid and burner box assembly ( and ) onto the cart assembly () as shown. in figure. Use the hardware to connect both parts, on the left and right sides, at the two points indicated in figure. DD ack D X X X TIP: To position the side shelf, insert the two hooks on the side right shelf assembly into the two openings located on the upper right side panel (). ssemble the right side shelf assembly to the cart assembly, as shown in figure. ttach the upper back panel (I) to both the left and right side panels ( and ). Only install hardware in the bottom portion of the back panel, as shown in figure. I I

7 SSEMLY INSTRUTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUTIONS Front ttach the left side burner shelf fascia (D) to the left side burner shelf table (D). Remove the hardware that is pre-assembled to the side burner valve bracket(m), as shown in figure. Insert the side burner valve stem through the rear of the left side shelf fascia(d). ssemble the side burner valve to the side shelf fascia, using the hardware removed. M ssemble the side burner control knob (#) to the side burner valve (M). Hardware may be included with the hardware pack. D D D D TIP: To position the left side burner shelf, insert the two hooks on the side shelf assembly into the two openings located on the upper left side panel (). 0 ssemble the left side shelf assembly to the cart assembly, as shown in figure. 8 SSEMLY INSTRUTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUTIONS a. Position the side burner (N) through the opening in the left side burner drip pan (L). Place the heat shield (G) into the groove which is located at the back side of the front panel as shown in figure. Next, attach the heat shield (G) to the upper back panel (I) by using the self tapping screw (x), as shown in figure. G N DH L b. Make sure that the burner (N) engages the side burner valve (M) as shown in figure. I N Underside view c. Using the wing nut provided, assemble the side burner (N) to the side burner drip pan (L), as shown in figure. ack view First place the flame tamers (F) and then the cooking grates (G) into the burner box. Place the warming rack (H) onto the burner box. F d. ttach the end of the side burner electrode wire (O) to the underside of the side burner electrode, as shown in figure D. Ensure that the wire is pushed in firmly. O D e. Place the side burner cooking grate (P) into postion on the side burner shelf, as shown in figure E. H G P E

9 SSEMLY INSTRUTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUTIONS I a. Insert the grease tray (I) into the opening in the upper back panel (I), making sure to engage tracks located under burner box. FOR PROPNE MOL ONLY. For natural gas model, follow step. a. Position the 0 lb propane tank onto the bottom shelf (DI), and secure using the bolt (already attached) located on the underside of the bottom shelf, as shown in figure. I b. ttach the Regulator coupling nut to the LP cylinder valve. ack view I b. Place the grease cup (J) onto the tracks, located opn the underside of the grease tray (I). TTENTION: For your families safety, do not attempt to light this Q until you have reviewed pages - of the ENTRO Safe Use and are Manual. ll Safety and Leak test MUST E PERFORMED Y THE END USER, prior to lighting this Q. J WRNING Do not store extra propane tanks within Q cart. Unscrew the electronic ignitor button (D) and insert one battery into the electronic igniter battery compartment, with the positive end facing outward. * attery not included. D TTENTION: In order to complete installation of your Natural Gas Q a / or / adapter may be required to connect your Q s Natural Gas hose to your home gas supply. ontact your Natural Gas supplier to purchase the necessary part.
