5 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 1 3 EI Separate the 2 different types of wheels, 2 locking wheels (EH) and 2 regular wheels (EI). CK ttach the front brace (CK) to the left and right cart side panels (E and E) EH Insert the U Pin (#10) into one of the regular wheels (EI), as shown in image. ttach the regular wheel (EI) to the front of the bottom shelf (), and use the U Pin (#10) to secure and tighten. E TIP: One person should align the left side, while the second person assembles the right side. Repeat for remaining 3 wheels (EI & EH). E ack view NOTE: Regular wheels (EI) need to be assembled to the front of the bottom shelf (), and wheels with lock (EH) need to be assembled to the back of the bottom shelf (), as shown in image ack view X 4 X 4 X Close up 2 4 E E Ensure that the wheels are firmly locked in the ON position before continuing. ssemble the left side panel (E) and the right side panel (E) to the bottom shelf (). EXTREMELY HEVY. 7 ttach the right side shelf fascia (DI) to the right side shelf table (DH), as shown. a. Position the top lid and burner box assembly ( and ) onto cart assembly (C) as shown. b. Use the hardware to connect both parts, on the left and right sides, at the three points indicated in Figure and C. C DI DH X 3 X 3 X C X 6 X 6 X 6 Side view ack view 8 C DH TIP: To position the right side shelf, insert the two hooks on the side shelf assembly into the two support brackets located on the right upper side panel (C). 6 E CN ttach the upper back panel (CN) to both the left and right side panels (E and E). Only install hardware in the bottom portion of the back panel, as shown in figure. 7 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 9 Front ttach the left side shelf fascia (D) to the left side shelf table (D). 11 CC Remove the hardware that is pre-assembled to the side burner valve bracket (CC), as shown in figure. Insert the side burner valve stem through the rear of the left side shelf fascia (D). ssemble the side burner valve (CC) to the side shelf fascia (D), using the hardware removed. ssemble the side burner control knob (#12) to the side burner valve (CC). D Hardware may be included with the hardware pack. D X 3 X 3 X D D 10 TIP: To position the left side shelf, insert the two hooks on the side shelf assembly into the two support brackets located on the upper left side panel (). ssemble the left side shelf assembly to the cart assembly, as shown in figure. Position the side burner (DD) through the opening in the left side burner drip pan (DC). 12 e. ttach the end of the side burner electrode wire (DE) to the underside of the side burner electrode, as shown in figure E. Ensure that the wire is pushed in firmly. DD DE DC E b. Make sure that the side burner (DD) engages the side burner valve (CC) as shown in figure. f. Place the side burner cooking grate (DG) into postion on the side burner shelf, as shown in figure F. DG Underside view F CC 14 c. Use the side burner Venturi clip (#14) to connect the side burner (DD) to the side burner valve (CC) Position the heat shield (CO) into the lower cart and assemble to the bottom of the front brace (CK), and the bottom of the Upper back panel (CN), as shown in figure, and C. 9 SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS SSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS 14 a. ssemble the towel bar (N) onto door (EF). 15 Place the flame tamers (G) into the burner box. N EF X 2 X 2 X 2 G TIP: efore attempting to assemble the door (EF) to the right pillar (ED), locate the two clasps on the door Hinge. Next, locate the two small openings on the right side pillar (ED). EF ED b. Hold the door perpendicular to the Q Cart. lign the two clasps on the door hinge (EF), with the two holes on the right side pillar (ED). Once aligned push the two clasps into the openings, and immediately push down to lock clasps in place. Model may not be exactly as shown. c. ssemble the door (EF) to the right pillar (ED), as shown in figure, using the screws provided. 16 I a. Place the cooking grates (H) into the burner box, as shown. 11 b. Insert the three small positioning rods of the warming rack (I) into the rear panel of the burner box. X 4 H 14 15

Insert the grease tray (CL) into the opening in the upper back panel (CN), making sure to engage tracks located under burner box. 19 FOR PROPNE MODEL ONLY. For natural gas model, follow step 20. CL CN b. Place the grease cup (CM) onto the tracks, located on the underside of the grease tray (CL). a. Position the 20 lb propane tank onto the bottom shelf (), and secure using the bolt (F4) (already attached) located on the underside of the bottom shelf, as shown in figure. CM b. ttach the regulator coupling nut to the LP cylinder valve. 18 Unscrew the electronic ignitor button (CF2) and insert one battery into the electronic igniter battery compartment, with the positive end facing outward. F4 TTENTION: For your families safety, do not attempt to light this Q until you have reviewed pages 4-7 of the Cuisinart TM Safety & Care Manual. ll Safety and Leak test MUST E PERFORMED Y THE END USER, prior to lighting this Q. CF2 C TTENTION: In order to complete installation of your Natural Gas Q a 1/2 or 3/8 adapter may be required to connect your Q s Natural Gas hose to your home gas supply. Contact your Natural Gas supplier to purchase the necessary part
