156 M O T O R M O U T I G Verson Verson ttenton! To make sure to transfer the motor torque n case of an emergency stop, t s requred to use a motor shaft wth keyway. It s essental that the motor shaft and the bore on the clampng sleeve are drt and grease free. Take the clampng bush and ft t to the motor shaft back to the shaft shoulder. Then tghten the couplng screws to the recommended torque. o ths n 3 step etherway wth 20% / 0% and then 100%. The torque whch can be found on a stcker on the couplng. Grease the tooth profle of the clampng bush. Wth the gearbo n the vertcal poston and the nput flange facng upwards mount the motor onto the gearbo and tghten the motor flange/gearbo fng bolts. Verson Verson It s essental that the motor shaft and the bore on the profled bush are drt and grease free. Take the profled bush together wth the shrnk dsc and ft t to the motor shaft back to the shaft shoulder. Then tghten the couplng screws to the recommended torque, whch can befound on a stcker on the couplng. Grease the tooth profle of the profled bush. Wth the gearbo n the vertcal poston and the nput flange facng upwards mount the motor onto the gearbo and tghten the motor flange/gearbo fng bolts. Verson The connecton between motor and gearbo s made usng a shrnk dsc bush wthout a keyway. Verson When fttng the motor, poston the gearbo vertcally wth the motor flange upwards. efore assembly, degrease the motor shaft and the blnd hole n the gearbo. Remove the lock screw or two plastc plugs from the motor flange of the gearbo, and nsert a long llen key to reach the tangental clampng screw n the couplng. The couplng must frst be turned to the correct poston for the screw to be accessble. Lower the motor vertcally wth the motor shaft n the blnd hole. Ensure that the motor shaft has completely entered the bore, and that the flanges of motor and gearbo are n contact wth each other over ther full surface. The motor flange screws can now be nserted (do not tghten them completely). Then tghten the screws of the couplng wth the requred tghtenng torque. o ths n 3 steps alternately wth 20%, 0% and then 100%. The torque values for motor mountng can be accessed n our motor mountng manual, whch s offered separately.
