Protection class IP54 in acc. with EN 6059 for harsh outdoor conditions and also in adverse weather conditions (IP67 currently in preparation). The reel unit ade fro vulcanized hard rubber ensures that the reel has top perforance characteristics, is absolutely unbreakable, oil and grease resistant and provides axiu electrical safety. The extreely sturdy double tube frae, ade fro or 5 galvanized steel tube, is siply indestructible. The saller reels are securely screwed together with nine screws (large ones with ). An IP68 cable screw fitting at the kink-free cable lead-in in the dru unit ensures that it is waterproof. The special design of the safety carrying handle prevents the reel fro swinging away fro the body and also prevents contact with the body when it is being carried - i.e. no ar twisting. The heavier THW reels have a special threehandle frae, which also allows the reel to be carried by two people. Three large crank handles (one with rotating handle) also protect the receptacles fro daage, even if the reel lands on its "head". The handles also protect protruding receptacles fro being daaged. The versions with 5G6 cables have a hinged crank handle. The unique cable guide prevents the cable fro fouling when it is being reeled in and out. The cable can be siply inserted into and reoved fro the guide (karabiner hook syste), where it is guided over the entire width of the reel and prevented fro slipping off the edges. The special design of the extreely sturdy frae prevents the cable fro slipping behind the reel.
