SUPRpak L technlgy is ideal fr use in distilled spirits, beer, sweetener, enzyme, gelatin, yeast extract, and ther fd and beverage applicatins. SUPRpak L Series-S units prvide a cmplete installatin package including standard accessries, which allws quick integratin int an existing system. They hld frm ne t six SUPRpak L mdules, representing up t apprximately 60 m 2 (646 ft 2 ) f filtratin area in a very cmpact and lw hld-up vlume design. They are available either in single dme r flexible mdular design. Fr details n mdule temperature limitatins, please refer t SUPRpak mdule literature. 2 Design satisfies EC Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC (Fluid Grup 2, Categry II, Mdule H). Pressure rating is suitable fr nn-hazardus liquids r gases. The PED categry and fluid grup classificatin indicates suitability f husing use n distilled spirits less than 70% by weight abslute alchl. Fr such applicatins, the maximum allwable temperature must be belw the flash pint. Fr 70% by weight abslute alchl the flashpint is 21 ºC (69.8 ºF). 3 Seal materials meet requirements fr fd cntact use as detailed in FD 21 CFR Sectin , and EC Regulatin 1935/2004, including BfR XV and XXI.
