1 Duble thrttle/check valve type Z2FS0 NS0 up t,5 Ma up t dm /min WK LICION hrttle/check valve type Z2FS is used t cntrl main flw rate (r pilt flw rate) in ne directin f flw and t allw free flw in the ppsite directin. he valve may be designed as duble versin (twin versin - valve functin is realized in tw prts and ) r single versin (valve functin is realized in ne prt r ). he valve is applied t vertical stack munting (sandwich plate) - generally is fitted between a subplate and a directinal valve f the same nminal size and in this case is used t limit main flw rate (t cntrl the speed f a receiver mvement). DESCRIION OF OERION Z2FS0 / Hydraulic fluid frm directinal valve via prt (r ) flws t receiver thrugh thrttling slt (). t the same time the fluid under perating pressure acts via line n spring laded side f spl (4). he spl (4) is thus hld in the thrttle psitin by bth spring and hydrstatic frce. Hydraulic fluid flwing back frm a receiver thrugh prt (r ) shifts the spl (4) in the directin f adjustment and allws the fluid t flw freely (the valve perates as a check valve). hrttle rate (vlume f fluid flw) can be adjusted by means f adjustment screw (5). Depending n the way the valve is fitted in relatin t the seal ring plate (6), thrttling effect can be achieved either in the supply f a receiver (ptin shwn n the drawing) r drain (by rtating the valve abut the crss hrizntal axis by ).
