(321 mm) Our 12.6 diameter Mtrized Pulley range fers three different perfrmance levels fr BULK applicatins: - L fr Light duty - M fr Medium duty - H fr Heavy duty It is imprtant t nte the prduct differences and chse the apprpriate pulley based n estimated belt tensin (radial lad.) See page 80. The actual radial lad must be less than the maimum allwable radial lad shwn in this catalg. Be aware increased belt tensins required t drive multi-ply thick heavy belts and/r larger belt widths. If the 12.6 diameter mdel is nt strng enugh t resist estimated belt tensin, then select diameter mdel. L fr Light duty 320L is designed fr regular and cntinuus perating cnditins. It is advisable t rubber lag these pulleys t grip the belt and limit belt tensin. Typical applicatins are prtable cnveyrs and crss belts in mbile crushing and screening equipment. 320L shuld nt be used fr lw speed high trque feeder cnveyrs. 320L uses mtr and gearb frm 220M. M fr Medium duty The internal parts 320M are designed fr tugh and irregular perating cnditins (e.g. crushing & screening applicatins, asphalt, cement, and cncrete plants.) H fr Heavy duty A slid 3-stage gearb, larger shafts, and strnger bearings enable the 320H t prvide lw speed at high trque and handle irregular ladings in harsh perating cnditins.
