Impeller H-series: The impellers with 6 backward curved blades are made o polyamid 6.6 with 3% iber glass. The back plate o the impeller is galvaized steel. lumium impellers are available as a optio.

The impellers are statically ad dyamically balaced with exteral rotor motor accordig to quality level G2,5 DIN ISO 194 Directio o rotatio The directio o rotatio o the impeller viewed rom the ilet side is clockwise. Wrog directio o rotatio ca overload the motor. It is essetial to check the directio o rotatio prior to operatio. Ilet coes The ilet coes are made o galvaized steel. They are luidic optimized to supply a good airlow towards the impeller. The optimal immersio depth o the impeller is described o each dimesioal sheet. Motors Roseberg exteral rotor motors are i protectio class IP54. The widig isulatio correspods to isulatio lass F. all bearigs, closed o both sides are used. Special grease lubricatio provides maiteace-ree operatio, low-oise ad exteded lie. Motor protectio ll motors are equipped with thermal cotacts, wired i series. Thermal cotacts are temperature depedet cotrol elemets, sesig the widig temperature o the motor. These cotacts protect the motor widigs rom overload, ailure o a mais phase, lockig o the motor ad rom too high temperatures o the medium to be vetilated. I additio to the mouted thermal cotacts we recommed the use o our motor protectio cotrol uits. Roseberg also oers 5-step voltage cotrols, RTE ad RTD types. y use o this cotrollers a additioal motor protectio switch is ot required.

7 Electrical coectio The omial voltage give o the ameplate provides maximum allowable voltage tolerace o ± 1%. Flyig leads are stadard. The coectio eds are 1 cm (4 iches) dismatled ad equipped with ed splices. Stadard cable legth is 68 cm (27 iches) Special cable legths are available o request. Voltages types For sigle phase operatio, motors are available or 115V, 28/23V ad 277V. ll 23V motors could also be used at 1~23V, 5Hz. For three phase operatio, motors are available or 28V / 23V // 46V Y. 575V ad other special voltages are available o request. Please reerece 6Hz-curves: - Stadard three phase motor ca be used at 46V (Star coectio) ad 23V (Delta coectio). I Delta coectio the motors are also suitable or 28V 3~ power supplies). - The perormace curves show that the 23V perormace is a little less tha the 46VY perormace. The stadard three phase motors could also be used at 4V Y, 5Hz. Speed cotrol Speed cotrol ca be provided or as that demad optimal adjustmet o the operatio poit. Speed cotrol is obtaied by Voltage otrol ad Frequecy otrol, as described below. Voltage cotrol The speed cotrol is provided by reductio o the termial voltage. I the voltage will be reduced the speed o the motor decreases ad the air volume low siks i proportio with the speed. The matchig voltage cotrollers ca be provided o request. Frequecy cotrol ll voltage cotrollable as or three-phase power supplies ca also be speed cotrolled by requecy coverter rom 6Hz dowwards. The speed cotrol is realized by reductio o the power supply requecy. t higher requecies tha 6Hz the motor will be thermally overloaded. With operatio o the motors o a requecy cotroller the maximum speed o voltage icrease o 5V /µs must ot be exceeded. ccordig to the requecy coverter type ad the legth o the cable betwee motor ad requecy coverter additioal compoets must be plaed.
