Vibratio-resistat media is potted ito molded housigs of rugged ABS plastic - so they do t fall apart as other desigs might. ECD Style ECB Style ECC Style Applicatios Ca be mouted vertically or horizotally. Provides variety of airflow volumes to egie: from 1 to 90 m³/mi. Temperature tolerace: to 83 C cotiuous / 105 C itermittet. Doaldso recommeds the use of a high torque clamp for DuraLite air cleaers. If there are two air cleaer models that fit your paramaters, choosig the oe with the lowest restrictio will provide the logest service life. 5 Service Istructios Service Recommedatios Servicig Itervals Choose either of two types: Scheduled maiteace. DuraLite service itervals ca be itegrated ito ay existig maiteace program. Restrictio Maiteace. This method offers the most accurate filter maiteace program, deliverig maximum filter life at 99.9% efficiecy, less machie dowtime, ad reduced maiteace costs. Washig, cleaig or servicig the filter i ay way voids the warraty. Istallatio Istructios Service Idicator Locatio For proper restrictio readigs, a restrictio fittig tap must be located betwee the egie itake ad DuraLite outlet eck. The tap should be located i a straight sectio of the itake pipe at least oe pipe diameter away from the maifold or ay beds, elbows or reducers. Servicig Tips Do NOT judge the filter o the basis of visual ispectio! If it's doig its job, it should look dirty. DuraLite filter life is loger tha you may thik. Chage the filter oly whe restrictio readigs idicate. Do NOT leave the ilet ductig exposed ay loger tha ecessary (a few miutes) durig service. Disposal Normal trash pick up is acceptable - ever bur. Istallatio DuraLite air cleaers ca be mouted i two ways: 1. Direct Mout: mouted directly o the itake maifold. 2. Remote Mout: mouted away from egie ad coected to egie with ilet pipig. Istallatio Tips Egage outlet eck of the DuraLite over itake pipig for a full 38 mm to isure a secure, lastig seal. Tighte clamp aroud outlet eck to 0.7 danm miimum. A Doaldso high torque hose clamp is recommeded. O remote mout style, avoid crushig the body with body clamps. A sug fit is best, ad body clamps are ot always required. Keep away from egie maifold ad other very hot compoets (DuraLite is rated at 83 C maximum sustaied temperature).
