Display uit protectio up to IP66/67 Operatio The TC Fluid Cotrol Magetic gauge is desiged so that the liquid beig measured is eclosed withi a sealed chamber. A stailess steel, titaium or plastic float fitted with a permaet omi-directioal maget moves freely iside the chamber ad actuates the magetic wafers withi the idicator. As the float rises or falls with the liquid level each wafer rotates 180 O ad so presets a cotrastig colour. Those wafers above the float show white, whilst those level ad below show red the idicator the presets a clearly defied ad accurate level of the liquid i the chamber. The wafers resist accidetal disturbace (e.g. vibratio) due to their edge magetisatio ad mutual attractio. To complemet the rage, the Magetic Gauge ca be supplied with Alarm Switches or Trasmitter ad Cotroller to remotely display the liquid level. 2

The trasmitter is attached to the side of the magetic level gauge chamber where it seses the positio of the float. It ca be supplied as a origial equipmet package or retro-fitted to a existig magetic gauge, without iterruptig the process. The trasmitter cosists of a sesor tube cotaiig a series of reed switches ad resistors ad a electroic circuit cotaied withi a coectio head, which ca be supplied orietated to suit ay gauge cofiguratio or cable arragemet. As the float rises ad falls withi the gauge chamber the correspodig reed switch closes alterig the circuit resistace, this resistace is coverted ito a 4-20mA output sigal by the electroic circuit. The trasmitter is approved itrisically safe to Ex ia IIC T4-T6 whe used with approved barriers. Flaged ed coected arragemet For explosio proof duty approved to Ex d IIC T4-T6.
