1 Appintment Plus User Instructins This dcument prvides the user with instructins fr the Appintment Plus System. Appintment Plus System Features This is a tl fr managing the fllwing: Technician Wrk Frce Management View appintments t determine whether the technician wrk schedule supprts scheduled repairs Capacity Planning Cellairis agents set appintments based n pen appintment times in Appintment Plus. The Stre Lcatin needs t add in-stre set appintments t Appintment Plus. This will prevent duble bking an appintment time by Cellairis agents. Reserving Appintment Time Slts The system has the ability t blck ut r reserve time slts. Use this ptin when a technician isn t available fr repair appintments. This will prevent Cellairis agents frm setting a repair appintment in the time slt. Parts Inventry Determine whether there is inventry t supprt repairs. Lgging Int System This is a web-based sftware. Lgging int the system can be accmplished anywhere Internet cnnectin is available. Multiple users can be lgged in simultaneusly. Status Guidelines All appintments need t be recnciled at the end f every shift. There shuld be nt appintments in the Scheduled r Cnfirmed Appintment Status. At the end f every shift each appintment shuld be in ne f the fllwing statuses: Device Checked In Cmpleted Repair Custmer Picked Up Device N Shw Appintment Status & Other Infrmatin Updating Status Single Click n the appintment t pen up the Appintment Details Bx

2 Single Click n the Status Drp Bx Single Click n the apprpriate status Single Click n the Update tab lcated in the upper right f the appintment details bx Appintment infrmatin has been updated nte will appear when the update is cmplete. Adding Ntes The Custmer Ntes (internal nly) bx n the left side f the appintment details bx is where ntes need t be added abut the appintment. Single Click n the appintment t pen up the Appintment Detail Bx. Click int the Custmer Ntes (Internal Only) bx and enter ntes Single Click the update buttn at the tp right f the appintment details bx. Appintment infrmatin has been updated nte will appear when the update is cmplete. Clse ut f the appintment details bx when the update is cmplete. Adding Stre Generated Appintments Instructins Lg int Appintment Plus Click n Appintment Tab (Lcated Upper Left) Duble Click n the appintment time slt t pen up Make Appintment Bx Enter Custmer Infrmatin: First Name Last Name City Zip Cde Best Cntact Phne Number

3 Select Service drp dwn, select prductin Add On Service Select the device fr repair Click n date drp dwn and select date Click n time drp dwn and select time Click n status drp dwn and select appintment status Special Instructins fr Custmer Add apprpriate ntes if applicable Appintment Ntes (Internal Only) Add apprpriate ntes if applicable Click Finalize Appintment Appintment has been added t the Appintment Plus schedule fr yur lcatin. Reserving Appintment Time Slts Single Click n the lightning blt icn in the time slt

4 An X will appear, the time slt will be shaded gray and Reserved will appear as the descriptin Revising Descriptin Single click n Reserved Opens Reserved Time Bx Click in Reasn bx and type in descriptin Click Update Reserve Time lcated at the bttm f the bx Reserved Time Has Been Updated will appear Clse ut f the bx, the reserved time has been updated. Revising Time Single click n Reserved Opens Reserved Time Bx Chse the reserved frm t reserved t time Click Update Reserve Time lcated at the bttm f the bx Reserved Time Has Been Updated will appear Clse ut f the bx, the reserved time has been updated.

5 Deleting Reserved Time Click n the red X, the nte Are yu sure yu want t un-reserve this timeslt? will appear, Click OK The screen will refresh and the reserved time will disappear.
