3 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remve side panels. 2. Remve windshield. 3. Remve 6 T25 screws securing gauge/glve bx assembly and remve frm machine. 4. Remve belt guard. 5. Lsen air bx hse clamp lcated abve secndary clutch assembly. 6. Unplug hd wiring harness. 7. Remve 2 T25 screws securing hd, pull hd frward and remve frm machine. 8. Remve 6 T25 screws attaching hd cver t air bx assembly and remve hd cver. 9. Install SledLites.cm Dual Relay Mdule with supplied #8 X 1 self-tapping screw and ballasts t the frnt f the air bx with supplied #6 X ½ self-tapping screws as shwn. Page 2

4 10. Remve 2 T25 and 2 5/16 screws securing headlamp assembly t air bx and remve headlamp assembly. 11. Remve glve bx liner. 12. Remve headlamp bulb bts, with a small set f side cutters, cut a ½ inch wide slt in bt as shwn. 13. Detach HID bulbs frm bases. Nte the alignment marks n the side indicating prper re-assembly as they can be installed 180 degrees ut. Page 3

5 14. Install HID bulb bases int the headlamp and rient wiring as shwn. 15. Cnnect SledLites.cm Jumper Harness P/N BRPJ10-20 t the factry bulb cnnectrs, install HID bulbs and rute wires dwn as shwn. Page 4

6 16. Install headlamp bts running wires beneath headlamp. Using electrical tape seal headlamp bt and wring t the headlamp husing. Make a cmplete wrap arund the bt passing beneath the wiring them a cuple f wraps n tp f the wires. 17. Cut ½ inch slts int glve bx liner and reinstall it nt the headlamp assembly as shwn. Page 5

7 18. Remve Air Intake Screens frm air bx. 19. Re-install headlamp t air bx carefully aligning the wires as shwn. Cnnect the SledLites.cm Jumper Harness int the SledLites.cm Dual Relay Mdule and the HID bulbs tw way cnnectrs. Cnnect the SledLites.cm Headlamp Harness P/N BRPHH32 int the SledLites.cm Dual Relay Mdule and rute t the left. Cnnect the left ballast t the right HID bulb and the right ballast t the left HID bulb. Cnnect the ballasts t the Headlamp Harness. Using tw plastic tie wraps secure all wiring as shwn. 20. Rute Headlamp Harness t rear f air bx as shwn. Page 6

8 21. Reinstall Air Intake Screens. 22. Reinstall hd cver t air bx assembly. 23. Cnnect SledLites.cm Battery Harness P/N BRPBH48 t the battery and rute up t the hd cnnectr fllwing factry wiring and fuel lines. Secure with remaining plastic ties. 24. Reinstall hd assembly and tighten air bx hse clamp. 25. Install belt guard. 26. Recnnect hd cnnectr and cnnect SledLites.cm Headlamp Harness t SledLites.cm Battery Harness. 27. Reinstall the gauge/glve bx assembly. 28. Reinstall windshield and side panels. 29. Yu re DONE, ENJOY! NEVER INSTALL, TEST OR REPLACE FUSES WHILE SNOWMOBILE ENGINE IS RUNNING.
