2 A web cnference user can becme a Hst by ne f tw ways: When a team leader requests a team meeting r when a prfessr requests a class meeting, a Hst accunt and passwrd is created and is sent t that user, and this accunt infrmatin is used t lg int the rm. A Participant signs int the rm using the guest lgin page, and an existing Hst assigns Hst privileges. Use the guest lgin screen t enter the rm Hst assigns Hst privileges t web cnference user: Hst assigns Hst privileges 1. User lgs int the rm using the guest lgin screen and becmes rm Participant. 2. Hst selects user frm the attendee list and sets the user as a Hst.

3 Items fr all users (Hsts and Participants) t remember: Hsts and Participants (nce given micrphne privileges) can participate in audi chat by pushing and hlding dwn the Hld t Talk buttn in rder t speak with the rest f the cnference attendees. Or, yu can press the Hands-free buttn t keep yur micrphne live. (Remember t un-click the Hands-free buttn when yu are dne talking.) Befre the cnference begins, all users shuld g thrugh the Audi Setup Wizard t adjust their wn micrphne and speaker levels. T access this wizard, g t Meeting >> Manage My Settings >> Audi Setup Wizard. If ther cnference attendees cmment that yur micrphne level is t lw r that yu are hard t understand, click n the Vice Optins buttn, and chse High Vlume.

8 Things fr the Hst t remember: T recrd a cnference, the hst *must* select Meeting frm the menu, and chse Recrd Meeting. Once the cnference has ended, the hst can end the recrding by clicking the red Recrd buttn in the upper-right crner f the screen, and chse Stp Recrding. VERY IMPORTANT If the Hst des nt begin the recrding, the cnference WILL NOT be recrded. Push and hld dwn the Hld t Talk buttn in rder t speak with the rest f the cnference attendees. Or, yu can press the Hands-free buttn t stay in keep yur micrphne live. (Remember t un-click the Hands-free buttn when yu are dne talking.) Yu can hide a pd at any time by clicking the Hide buttn (lcated in the upper-right crner f that pd) at any time.

9 Yu can add a pd t yur layut at any time by ging selecting s frm the menu, and chse the pd yu wish t share. It will then appear in yur layut, and yu can click and drag it t where yu want it t be lcated. Ntice that if yu previusly hid yur sharing pd, yu can add a new blank sharing pd by selecting this item. Any time yu add/hide/mve a pd, all cnference participants see that change immediately. Any text typed int the Ntes pd can be seen by all ther users. When yu have finished a cnference, be sure t clear all f yur pds f any cntent. If yu d nt d this, the next team/class t use that rm will be able t access all f this infrmatin. T clear the infrmatin, use the Optins buttn Hide buttn t clse any shared cntent. t clear the pd cntent. Or use the If yu are sharing cntent (i.e. a dcument, presentatin, r yur screen), remember t hide the pd r click the Stp Sharing buttn at the bttm f the pd.
