Review the Inspectin Checklist (attached) and Sectin 4 f the Starstruck Game Manual befre shwing up fr the event. Pre-inspect yur wn rbt t ensure yu can pass inspectin quickly when yu arrive. Familiarize yurself with the scring and game rules befre turnament day. Things t Bring t the Event Signed VRC Participant Release Frm fr all participants, bth adults and students. When Yu Arrive at the Event Check in at the Pit Check-in Desk and set up yur statin in the Pit Area. Have yur rbt inspected.

5 2017 f Battle thebts Event Parking Infrmatin We have arranged with the Village f Oak Park t have a Blanket Parking Pass issued fr ur event n Saturday, February 4, 2017 frm 6 am 7 pm. During this perid the Village will lift parking restrictins n village streets within a tw-blck radius f Percy Julian Middle Schl. This means: On surrunding streets, such as Madisn, Washingtn and Cuyler, within a 2- blck radius f the schl yu may park frm 6 am 7 pm even if the signage says 2-hur parking nly. The ne exceptin is Ridgeland. One MUST bey parking signs n Ridgeland Avenue at all times. The Blanket Pass des NOT apply t handicapped parking, N Parking Znes r areas near hydrants. If yu are mistakenly issued a parking ticket, yu may take it t the Village Hall Parking Services at 123 Madisn Street, Oak Park and they will take care f it. We recmmend leaving a cpy f the attached event flyer in the back windw f yur car t shw yu are attending ur event.
