NES-WES GEJ factry trained and qualified technicians perfrm scheduled, defined GEJ maintenance, services, and cmpnent replacement as well as unplanned, crrective repairs f the engine, generatr, and Di.ANE cntrl panel within agreed limits. Inspectins and service are subject t OPH and nt driven by kwh r lad factr. GEJ systems with Di.ANE XT, and Internet access prvided by the Owner, are cnfigured with remte messaging systems and Di.ANE WIN remte mnitring systems fr exclusive use by NES- WES in 24/7 mnitring f GEJ equipment. The remte messaging system signals NES-WES n a 24/7 basis fr defined peratinal alarms and shutdwns. NES-WES technicians, engineers, and service management are able t remtely mnitr and review Di.ANE XT perating systems, alarms, perating trends, and ther perfrmance data critical t system peratin. Owner persnnel perfrm minr evaluatins t determine prblems and are expected t handle spark plug maintenance as well as minr repairs. Owner s persnnel must prmptly ntify NES-WES f any peratinal issues r irregularities that may require NES-WES attentin r repair. NES-WES will then evaluate cmplaints and perfrm crrective repairs as required. A $500 deductible applies fr all crrective repair calls caused by spark plug maintenance r minr repairs that shuld have been handled by Owner persnnel. NES-WES can prvide scheduled maintenance and n demand trubleshting and repair services fr balance f plant equipment as well. Owner persnnel perfrm rutine daily, weekly, mnthly inspectins and services called fr in GEJ Maintenance Schedules independent f the number f perating hurs. Owner persnnel perfrm the fllwing: Rutine daily, weekly, mnthly inspectins and services as called fr in GEJ Maintenance Schedules fr the specific prject. Typical inspectins and services include: Daily visual inspectin fr clant, exhaust, and fuel gas leaks; inspectin f vibratin dampers; inspect fuel gas piping and drain cndensate; inspect heat exchangers and clant piping, drain cndensate as required; check and maintain strainers and filters. Daily entries and updating f Operating Lgbk dcuments. Daily checks f manmeter readings at air intake filter husing. Cleaning f air intake husing and replacement f air filter(s) as required. Daily checks f engine il pressure and replacement f il filter if required. Weekly ignitin vltage inspectins and recrding f measurements, inspectin and re-gapping f spark plug electrdes as required t accmplish GEJ prjected intervals. (NES-WES allws fr and prvides spark plugs based n GEJ prjected useful life fr natural gas applicatins. Estimated useful life f spark plugs n natural gas varies by Type engine hwever is subject t fuel gas quality, engine peratin, and spark plug maintenance. Equipment must be installed with reasnable access and must be available fr planned maintenance and cmpnent replacement at NES-WES request. 3. Equipment must be installed t GEJ Technical Instructins and installatin requirements. 4. Fuel gas must cmply with GEJ requirements per TI Clant and lube il must cmply with GEJ requirements. Lube il and clant samples must be prvided in accrdance with manufacturer s requirements and frwarded t NES-WES n a timely basis fr review. Lube il and clant analysis reprts must be part f Operating Lgs and available fr NES-WES review. 6. Owner cmpleted Operating Lgs must prvide daily perating details, maintenance tasks perfrmed, and fr Crrective Repair cverage, each maintenance task is t be dcumented in NES-WES prvided Maintenance Prtcls, signed by the engineer and peratr, and available t NES-WES upn request. 7. Spark plug ignitin vltages f individual spark plugs have t be recrded by means f a NES- WES prvided Maintenance Prtcl fr ignitin vltages and available t NES-WES upn request. 8. Any cnsequential r cntingent damages, csts, penalties, fines. 5. Equipment damages r repairs f any type assciated with: a. Operatr, Owner persnnel r Owner sub-cntractr errrs, negligence, r miscnduct b. Weather related damages c. Shrt circuit r electrical failures, electrical fluctuatins, disturbances, r disruptin, reasnably demnstrated by the Cntractr t nt have been caused by the Equipment. d. Fuel pressure fluctuatins, disturbances r disruptins, reasnably demnstrated by the Cntractr t nt have been caused by the Equipment e.
