1 Wayne Cunty Cmmunity Cllege District AUT 206 Autmatic Transmissin & Transaxle II CREDIT HOURS: 3.00 CONTACT HOURS: COURSE DESCRIPTION: This curse is a cntinuatin f Autmatic Transmissin and Transaxle I and will be used t exercise the student s abilities t perfrm research, diagnse, repair, verhaul and maintain autmatic transmissins, perating principles, hydraulics, pwer flw, testing and verhaul prcedures fr transmissins and transaxles. On-vehicle inspectin, diagnsis and repair are perfrmed by the student. Lab fee PREREQUISITES: AUT114, AUT115, AUT 116, AUT 117, AUT 126, AUT 209, AUT 122 EXPECTED COMPETENCIES: Upn cmpletin f this curse, the student will be familiar with: Shp Safety Identify prtective clthing and equipment and their prper use; prper shp behavir; principles f fire safety; and federal regulatins cncerning hazardus material and shp safety.
