Aut Purging The replacement f the atmsphere inside the glve bx can be achieved autmatically by the purging valves. Autmatic Regeneratin H2O and O2 remval material can be regenerated. The regeneratin prcess can be prgram cntrlled. Pressure Cntrl in the Glve Bx The pressure in the glve bx is cntrlled autmatically by the Prgrammable Lgic Cntrller (PLC). Wrking pressure can be set between +10mba and -10mba. If the pressure ges ver+/- 12mbar, the system will be prtected autmatically. Page 1
