1 SUBARU 5 YEAR/125,000 KILOMETRE SERVICE PLAN PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS Under the Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan ( Service Plan ) wners f eligible Subaru vehicles are cvered fr scheduled servicing during their first 5 years f wnership, r the first 125,000 kilmetres (whichever cmes first), free f any additinal charge (subject t the fllwing terms and cnditins). The Service Plan cvers everything required in the manufacturer's scheduled maintenance prgramme as set ut in the vehicle s Warranty and Service Handbk including parts, labur and fluids required but excluding nrmal wear-andtear items, such as brake pads, windscreen wipers r tyres. 2 The fllwing Terms and Cnditins apply t Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan Prgram: 1. What cars are cvered under the Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan Prgram ( Eligible Vehicles )? All new Mdel Year 2018 Frester, and all new Mdel Year 2018-nwards Subaru WRX, WRX STI, Levrg, Liberty and Outback mdels riginally purchased frm an authrised Subaru Retailer n r after January 1, 2019 (hereafter referred t as Eligible Vehicles ) are subject t this Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan Prgram. Please nte: Fr the Service Plan Prgram applying t ther Subaru mdels see clause 13 belw. 2. What is cvered under the Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan? The Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan cvers all items specified under the standard 'Maintenance Schedule fr Nrmal Driving Cnditins' detailed in the Warranty and Service Handbk fr the first ten (10) standard scheduled services n an Eligible Vehicle up t and including the 60 mnth/125,000 kilmetre service (services A t J and nt cunting the 1- Mnth Health Check & Chat and 3 mnth/5,000km interim service n 6-cylinder mdels). This includes inspectin and adjustment f all items listed, genuine parts (if specified as a replaceable item), sundries, envirnmental charges, labur and fluids required fr each standard scheduled service. In summary, if an R r a P appears against the relevant item in the Maintenance Schedule, that item will be included in the Service Plan. If an I appears next t the item, the item will be inspected as part f the Service Plan, hwever if the item is subsequently determined t require replacement, that item is NOT cvered in the Service Plan. 3 3. When des the Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan Term f Cverage cmmence? The Service Plan Term f Cverage cmmences n the riginal registratin f warranty date fr Eligible Vehicles as recrded in the Warranty and Service Handbk. 4. When des the Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan Term f Cverage expire? The Service Plan Term f Cverage will expire upn the first t ccur f any f the fllwing three cnditins: a. The cmpletin f the first ten (10) standard scheduled services n an Eligible Vehicle (nt cunting the 1-Mnth Health Check and Chat and 3 mnth/5,000km interim service n 6-cylinder mdels); r b. The expiry f 63 mnths frm the riginal warranty registratin date f an Eligible Vehicle; r c. The date upn which an Eligible Vehicle has travelled 128,500 kilmetres r mre. Fr infrmatin n servicing csts utside f these standard scheduled services (which will be dependent n yur driving cnditins) r after the Service Plan Term f Cverage expires, please cnsult yur authrised Subaru Retailer. 5. What is the due date fr each service and when shuld services be carried ut? The recmmended service intervals specified in yur vehicle s Warranty and Service Handbk are fr the earlier f a given distance r perid f time. All Eligible Vehicles shuld be serviced every 12,500 kilmetres r 6 mnths, whichever ccurs first. Even if yu travel the distance between recmmended kilmetre-based service intervals in a perid shrter than the recmmended time-based intervals, yur vehicle shuld still be serviced accrding t the recmmended kilmetre-based intervals shwn in the vehicle s Warranty and Service

Cnversely, if yu dn't drive far enugh t cver the distance between recmmended time-based service intervals yur vehicle shuld still be serviced accrding t the time perid shwn n the schedule in the Warranty and Service Handbk. 6. Claim perids fr Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan. Each service under the Service Plan can be claimed within a nminated number f mnths r kilmetres f the due date fr service (fr due date fr each service see sectin 4 abve tgether with the table belw). Please nte that when the service claim perid expires, the next service perid will then be available. Up t a ttal f ten (10) scheduled services may be claimed. N claims are permitted beynd 63 mnths r 128,500 kilmetres (whichever ccurs first). 7. Where can Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plans be carried ut? Servicing under the Service Plan can nly be redeemed at authrised Subaru Service Centres within Australia. Yu must present yur updated Warranty and Service Handbk at time f an eligible service t redeem a service under this Service Plan. T avid any prblems in redeeming yur service(s), we recmmend that yu keep yur Warranty and Service Handbk in a safe place.

5 Yu shuld ensure that yur Warranty and Service Handbk is apprpriately stamped and signed by the servicing authrised Subaru Service Centre n the cmpletin f each service redeemed under this Service Plan. Nte: Failure t d s may render yur plan vid. 8. What is nt cvered under Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan? The Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan nly cvers standard Schedule Services as listed in the Maintenance Schedule. Additinal service/repair items which are nt itemised within the Maintenance Schedule fr nrmal driving cnditins r that are deemed t require replacement after an inspectin has been cnducted are nt cvered under the Service Plan. Als nt cvered are items that wuld vid the Subaru New Vehicle Warranty r in respect f which the custmer wuld therwise nrmally be charged ntwithstanding the terms f the Subaru New Vehicle Warranty. These items are mre specifically listed under the headings What s Nt Cvered by the Subaru New Vehicle Warranty and Items fr which a charge may be made in the Warranty & Service Handbk (ther than Servicing and Mechanical Adjustments included as part f the Maintenance Schedule ). These include (unless explicitly stated therwise in the Maintenance Schedule): Repairs resulting frm: Ordinary wear and tear; Damage r wear and tear caused by use f the vehicle fr a purpse r under rad r climatic cnditins ther than fr which it was designed, including racing, rallying, speed trialling, hill climbing r similar activities r cmpetitive events; Driver negligence, misuse r abuse, e.g. tampering, discnnectin, lading r twing beynd the manufacturer s specificatins, r cntinuing t drive the vehicle after lss f fluids, lubricants, ils, clants, refrigerants r water; Accident, impact, fire, theft, illegal use r malicius damage by a third persn;

6 Mdificatins r alteratins which have nt been apprved by the manufacturer, r damage caused by the installatin r use f nn-genuine parts, accessries, equipment, assemblies r cmpnents; A failure t have the vehicle serviced in strict accrdance with the manufacturer s specificatins and recmmendatins, r a failure t have the vehicle repaired prmptly in accrdance with such recmmendatins fllwing an accident r ther damage, r after a defect becmes knwn r is suspected; Use f nn-recmmended, inapprpriate r dirty fuel, il, fluids, lubricants, clants, refrigerants r water; Any wrk carried ut n the vehicle by a persn ther than an authrised Subaru Retailer; A failure t maintain the vehicle, including its bdy trim and paintwrk, in accrdance with the manufacturer s recmmendatins, r the use f unsuitable agents, e.g. unsuitable cleaning agents; Envirnmental cnditins, including acid rain, industrial fall-ut, salt, sand, stnes, tree sap, bark r leaves, bird, animal r insect drppings r ther damage, windstrm, hail, fld, lightening, r ther acts f Gd; Wheel alignment, wheel balancing and suspensin cmpnents; Brake lining and clutch cmpnents; Spark plugs, wiper blades, pllen filters, light bulbs, tyres and batteries; Paint, trim and ther appearance items. Fr mre infrmatin please refer t the Maintenance and Service sectin in the Owner s Manual as well as the Maintenance Schedule in the Warranty and Service Handbk.

7 9. Transfer f Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan. The Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan runs with Eligible Vehicles fr the Term f Cverage and cannt be transferred t any ther vehicle. Subsequent wners f an Eligible Vehicle will be entitled t claim any unredeemed services under the Service Plan, prvided the new wner cmplies with these terms and cnditins and that the Term f Cverage has nt yet expired (fr the Term f Cverage f this Service Plan see sectins 2 and 3 abve). T d s, the new wner merely needs t present the updated Warranty and Service Handbk specific t the Eligible Vehicle at the time f service. 10. N credit, refunds r ther cnsideratin. N credit, refund r ther cnsideratin is payable t an wner r any ther persn in respect f an Eligible Vehicle fr any services under this Service Plan which are nt claimed specifically in accrdance with these terms and cnditins. 11. Cancellatin f Service Plan. We understand that there may be circumstances where yu may wish t cancel yur Service Plan. Yu may cancel yur Service Plan by infrming us in writing. Where yu d s, we will refund yu an amunt equivalent t any unredeemed prtin f the Service Plan (ther than fr Missed Services) less an administratin fee f $49.00 including GST. 12. Exclusins Rental, privately imprted and grey imprt vehicles are nt eligible t receive the benefits under the Subaru 5 Year/125,000 Kilmetre Service Plan Prgram and additinal exclusins may apply.
