Also unthred the () smll plstic plugs from the engine, there is one on ech side for the lower mount.

Loosen the () () T0 foot peg rcket olts hlfwy, this provides ccess to next nut.

PRO TIP: Compress the rke cliper with your hnd to mke the rke lever esier to depress.

You my need to hold the () olt hed end with the provided T55 driver.

3 Triumph Tiger Explorer 00 // Crsh Brs // Instlltion Instructions Using mm socket, remove the two ()M8 rditor mount olts from either side. Also unthred the () smll plstic plugs from the engine, there is one on ech side for the lower mount. With ike on center stnd, remove the () () M0 kick stnd olts using mm socket. Loosen the () () T0 foot peg rcket olts hlfwy, this provides ccess to next nut. When this ssemly is loose e cutious of the vulnerle side stnd switch. PRO TIP: Compress the rke cliper with your hnd to mke the rke lever esier to depress. Rememer to pump rke ck up efore riding. Using mm socket, remove the () nut from the mm engine olt. You my need to hold the () olt hed end with the provided T55 driver. With nut removed slide the olt out of the engine. You cn drive the olt out with / extension if there is resistnce. c Instll the right side crsh r y strting with the ()M8 x 0 mm fstener nd wsher to the rditor mount nd following with the ()M8 x 5 mm fstener nd wsher using thred locker. Complete right side y re-instlling the mm engine olt. Do not completely tighten ny fsteners just yet. Use / driver to push the mm engine olt if needed.

You my need to use the supplied T55 driver to keep the () olt from spinning.

Strt with the ()M8 x 0 mm olt nd wsher tht ttches to rditor mount.

4 Triumph Tiger Explorer 00 // Crsh Brs // Instlltion Instructions 5 On the riders left side, re-instll the engine olt () nut using mm socket. Tighten this to 05 nm of torque. You my need to use the supplied T55 driver to keep the () olt from spinning. With the side stnd still removed, instll the left side r. Strt with the ()M8 x 0 mm olt nd wsher tht ttches to rditor mount. Next instll the ()M8 x 5 mm lower mount olt with wsher nd thred locker for oth olts. Do not tighten either olt completely. Stck the side stnd mount csting on top of r nd then egin threding the () () OEM M0 side stnd olts ck into plce. Do not tighten ll of the wy. Next tighten the () () T5 peg mount olts. Now you cn tighten the () M8 crsh r fsteners to 8nm of torque nd then the () M0 side stnd olts to 0nm of torque.
