CENTER COLUMN A 24" diameter x 1/2" wall thickness cylindrical steel center clumn will prvide structural supprt fr the walkway and platfrm and act as an influent pipe t intrduce prcess liquid int the clarifier. ENERGY DISSIPATING INLET (ED I) A circular Energy Dissipating Inlet 6'-0" dia. x 2'-6" deep f 3/16" steel plate, with full bttm and multiple tangential diffuser gates designed t reduce influent energy and intrduce it int the flcculating feedwell in a hrizntal spiral flw pattern. FLOCCULATING FEEDWELL A circular flcculating feedwell 16'-0" dia. x 5'-0" deep f 3/16" steel plate, designed t prmte flcculatin f the influent, while preventing shrt-circuiting and sludge blanket scur. CENTER CAGE A steel bx truss center cage designed t transmit trque frm the drive unit t the rake arms. RAKE ARMS Tw (2) steel rake arms, t be munted t the center cage withut the use f tie-rds, each with cntinuus spiral rake blades and adjustable 304 stainless steel squeegees. Blades will taper frm a minimum at the tank wall t a maximum at the tank center, and will be sized t effectively transprt the required sludge vlume. SURFACE SKIMMER Tw (2) scum skimming mechanisms with steel skimmer blades, ne (1) recessed aluminum hinged wiper assembly, and ne (1) 3' wide steel scum bx with supprts and autmatic flushing valve. The drive units t be prepared per SSPC-SP6 I NACE 3 cmmercial blast and given (1) cat Tnemec N , 3 t 9 mils OFT, and (1) cat Tnemec 1074/U0241 Dark Blue Aliphatic Acrylic Plyurethane enamel, 2 t 5 mils OFT. HARDWARE 304 stainless steel anchr blts and assembly fasteners. SPARE PARTS Spare parts t include: One (1) full set f 304SS squeegees One (1) set f neprene wipers fr the hinged skimmer assembly.
