All the M8 thugh M12 sized blts/nuts ae set t ft lbs. Nte: When installing the backets and bas, all hadwae must be left lse uil all the items ae attached. 1. Remve all ces fm the package and check the tubes f any damage. Als, veify that all cmpnes and hadwae listed abve ae included befe yu begin installatin. 2. Read installatin manual and installatin dawing cmpletely. Undestand all backets and blts befe installatin. Dive Side 3. Begin installatin n dives side by emving the existing Cab Mu Blts lcated undeneath the cab f the vehicle. 1

5 4. Install the, Cee and Rea Backets by using the Existing Cab Mu Blts that yu emved in step 3. Nte: Make sue facty bushing is put n the same way it is taken ff. 4 4 RONT 4 CENTER VEHICLE RAME REAR 5. Inset the U-Blt i the lage f the tw hles fund in the Rcke Panel abve the Cee Backet. 5a 5b 5c 5d 5e U ROCKER PANEL 2

Lsely attach the Suppt Bace t the U Blt using tw (2) M10 lange Lck Nuts. 7. asten the Suppt Bace t the Cee Backet using ne (1) M10 x 30MM Hex Head Blt, ne (1) M10 lat Washe and ne (1) M10 lange Lck nut. 7 6 SUPPORT BRACE DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN CENTER M10 LANGE LOCK NUT M10 LAT M10 X 30MM HEX HEAD LANGE LOCK NUT 8. Place the Step Ba and the Rubbe Gaskets the Backets as shwn. 9. Secue the Step Ba t each Backet using tw (2) M10 x 30MM Buttn Head Scews and tw (2) M10 Lck Washes and tw (2) M10 lat Washes pe backet. Tighten uil the split lck washe is flat against backet and snug. DO NOT ve tighten and stip the theaded inset in the tube. 9 Repeat these steps f passenge side installatin.
