3 TYPE B ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Remove all items fom the caton. Veify all components befoe assembly. STEP STEP 2 STEP 2 C L TYPE A E TYPE A TYPE B D F STEP 2 D STEP 3 G Pess the Castes (G) into the holes at the end of each leg of the Base (F). Inset Seat Post (E) into the cente hole of the base (F). C TYPE B L TYPE B TYPE C The Type B Am Bolt is shote and will be inseted into the hole CLOSER to the mechanism. The Type A Am Bolt is longe and will be inseted into the hole FARTHER away fom the mechanism. Fo easy assembly, place the Seat Cushion (C) face down on a flat suface. Attach Amest (D) to the Seat Cushion (C) as shown using Type A Am Bolt (H) with washe (K) and Type B Am Bolt (I) with washe (K) on each am. Tighten the bolts secuely with the enclosed Allen Wench (L). STEP 4 Seat must slide into the slot on back. A Please be caeful to use the coect Back Bolts (). Assemble the Backest (A) to the Seat Cushion (C) using 2 Back Bolts (). Tighten the bolts secuely with the enclosed Allen Wench (L). Now tun the assembled seat upight and locate the cente hole of the Mechanism ove the Seat Post. Push down fimly until the connection is secue. USE THIS PRODUCT ONLY FOR SEATING ONE PERSON AT A TIME. DO NOT USE THIS CHAIR AS A STEP STOOL / LADDER. DO NOT SIT ON ANY PART OF THE CHAIR EXCEPT THE SEAT. DO NOT USE CHAIR ON UNEVEN FLOOR SURFACES. DO NOT USE CHAIR UNLESS ALL BOLTS, SCREWS AND KNOBS ARE TIGHTENED. EVERY SIX MONTHS, PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL BOLTS, SCREWS AND KNOBS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED TO ENSURE STABILITY. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND WARNING! IF ANY PARTS ARE MISSING, BROKEN, DAMAGED OR WORN, STOP USE OF THE PRODUCT UNTIL REPAIRS ARE MADE USING FACTORY AUTHORIZED PARTS. DISPOSE OF PACKAGING PROPERLY. Thee ae 6 positions with a.6 ange of adjustment. Fo ME7ERG only. A2 HEADREST ANGLE ADUSTMENT While seated, hold the headest cushion and tun to adjust the angle. The Headest has a 30º angle adjustment. Fo ME7ERG only. B BACKREST TILT ANGLE ADUSTMENT B2 BACKREST TENSION ADUSTMENT B BACKREST TILT ANGLE ADUSTMENT While seated, pull the single od contol leve completely backwad and lean against the back. When you desied angle is achieved, etun the leve to the oiginal middle position to lock you tilt angle into place. Thee ae 3 positions that povide 25º of ange. B2 BACKREST TENSION ADUSTMENT While seated, tun the Backest Tilt Tension Adjustment handle clockwise o counteclockwise to adjust the tilt tension to you pefeed level of esistance. B3 BACKREST HEIGHT ADUSTMENT B4 LUMBAR SUPPORT HEIGHT ADUSTMENT B3 BACKREST HEIGHT ADUSTMENT While seated, hold the sides of the backest handle and move up o down. Thee is a.57 ange of adjustment. B4 LUMBAR SUPPORT HEIGHT ADUSTMENT A. The height of the lumba suppot can be adjusted by lifting o loweing the backest height. B. Suitable height of the lumba suppot povides optimum comfot.

In ode to lowe the am, lift the amest to its highest position and it will go back down to the lowest height. Then epeat to get to you desied height. The am height adjustment ange is 3.3. C2 ARM PAD ANGLE ADUSTMENT While seated, a 5º ange of movement can be achieved by swiveling the am pads inwad o outwad. C3 ARM PAD FORWARD AND BACKWARD ADUSTMENT C3 ARM PAD FORWARD AND BACKWARD ADUSTMENT While seated, push the am pads fowad o backwad to a desied position. The ange of movement is appoximately 2. D SEAT HEIGHT ADUSTMENT While seated, pull the single od contol leve upwad and hold it while aising o loweing the seat to each you desied seat height. When the leve is eleased to its oiginal position, the seat height is locked. The seat height adjustment ange is appoximately 3.6. D SEAT HEIGHT ADUSTMENT D2 SEAT DEPTH ADUSTMENT D2 SEAT DEPTH ADUSTMENT While seated, push the single od contol leve fowad to adjust the seat depth. The ange of movement fo the seat is appoximately.97". When you desied seat position is achieved, etun the leve to the oiginal middle position to lock you seat position into place.
