Valves accept low voltage, low cuent signals, convet them into high pessue (100 psig) pneumatic outputs. Optional low pessue/medium flow and low pessue/high flow ae availale. (The ai supply should e easonaly clean and dy fo optimum pefomance. Recommended filtation is 40 micon.) Valve caps ae of molded Hytel. Depending upon valve type, cap is: plain top on 2-way models with exhaust holes in cap on cetain 3-way models with fitting, as shown, fo 3-way N.O. styles fo N.C. exhaust (inlet when N.O.) The Clippad spide is the only moving pat and its motion to opeate the valve is a mee tavel. Low voltage D.C. inputs, signals fom simple manual switching up to compute diected systems, move the spide in extemely fast esponse time milliseconds. The unit uses extemely low powe (0.67 watts at the ated voltage) and is cool unning. The valves ae light in weight, compact in physical size and mount easily in space-saving packages. Output fom the EC, EV, o ET will actuate the valve and poduce output up to 22 SCFM at 100 psig. Piloted 4-way valves ae also availale as R-481 and R-482. EVB-2 & EVB-3 Booste Clippad EVB-2 & EVB-3 ooste valves mate with manifold mount EC, EV, and ET valves and manifolds to povide inceased flow. Diect piloting fom a Clippad EC, EV and ET valve povides a flow of up to 6.1 SCFM at 100 psig.
