Uneven teain could ovetun the machine. Tall gass can hide obstacles. Choose a low gound speed so that you will not have to stop while on the slope. Do not mow on wet gass. Ties may lose taction. Avoid stating, stopping, o tuning on a slope. If the ties lose taction, disengage the blades and poceed slowly staight down the slope. Keep movement on the slopes slow and gadual. Do not make sudden changes in speed o diection, which could cause machine to oll ove. Do not emove gas cap o add fuel with the engine unning. Let engine cool befoe efueling. Do not fuel the machine indoos. Make sue that the equipment is in good condition and that all nuts and bolts, especially those fastening the blade attachments, ae popely tightened and toqued. Spaking will not occu afte the gounding cable (nomally negative, black) is emoved fom the battey. Disconnect the gounding cable fom the battey fist and econnect it last. Do not make a bidge shot cicuit acoss the state elay to un the state. Be vey caeful when handling battey acid. Acid on skin can cause seious coosive buns. If you spill battey acid on you skin, inse immediately with wate. Acid in the eyes can cause blindness, contact a docto immediately. Be caeful when sevicing the battey. Explosive gases fom in the battey. Do not pefom maintenance on the battey when smoking o nea open flames o spaks. The battey can explode and cause seious injuy o damage. Tanspot The machine is heavy and can cause seious cushing injuies. Be exta cautious when it is loaded on o unloaded fom a vehicle o taile. Use full width amps fo loading machine into a taile o tuck. Use an appoved taile to tanspot the machine. Opeate the pak bake by secuing the steeing contols in the outboad position with elastic o atcheting staps. Tun off the fuel supply. Fasten the machine down with appoved devices such as bands, chains o staps. Both font and ea tie down staps must be used and diected down and out fom the machine. WARNING! IMPORTANT INFORMATION The pak bake is not sufficient to lock the machine in position duing tanspot. Make sue that the machine is coectly fastened to the tanspot vehicle. Always evese the machine onto the tanspot vehicle to avoid tipping it ove. Do not opeate this machine on public oadways. Check and abide by local taffic egulations befoe tanspoting the machine on oads. Do not tow this machine, it may cause damage to the dive system. Do not tow tailes, etc. with this mowe. They may jackknife o ovetun, causing damage to the mowe and possible seious injuy to the opeato. Load the unit onto tuck o taile by diving up amps of suitable stength using a slow speed. Do not lift! The machine is not intended to be lifted by hand. When loading o unloading this machine, do not use moe than the maximum ecommended opeation angle of 10 degees. 10

Spak Aesto This mowe is equipped with an intenal combustion engine and must not be used on o nea unimpoved foested, bush coveed o gassy lands unless the engine s system is equipped with a spak aesto meeting applicable local o state laws. Fedeal laws apply on fedeal lands. If a spak aesto is used, it must be maintained in effective woking ode by the opeato. 12 CONTROLS This opeato manual descibes the Husqvana Zeo Tun Ride. The ide is fitted with a foustoke ovehead valve engine. Tansmission fom the engine is made via belt-diven hydaulic pumps. 13 CONTROLS Steeing Contol Leves WARNING! The machine can tun vey apidly if one steeing contol is moved much futhe fowad than the othe. Pak Bake The machine s speed and diection ae continuously vaiable using the two steeing contols. The steeing contols can be moved fowad o backwad about a neutal position. Thee is a neutal position, which is locked if the steeing contols ae moved out. When both contols ae in the neutal position (N), the machine stands still. By equally moving both contols fowad o backwad, the machine moves in a staight line fowad o backwad. Fo example, to tun ight while moving fowad, move the ight contol towads the neutal position. The otation of the ight wheel is educed and the machine tuns to the ight. Zeo tun can be achieved by moving one contol backwad (behind the neutal position) and caefully moving the othe steeing contol fowad fom its neutal position. The otation diection when zeo tuning is detemined by which steeing contol is moved backwad behind the neutal position. If the left steeing contol is pulled backwad, the machine tuns to the left. Use moe cae when using this maneuve. If the steeing contols ae in uneven positions when standing still o do not fit in the slots fo moving the contols out, they can be adjusted. The pak bake is integated with the steeing contol leves. Move both leves out fom the neutal position to engage the pak bake. To elease the pak bake, pull both steeing contol leves inwads to the neutal position at the same time. Do not ty to opeate the unit without both leves being inwads out of the engaged position o machine components could be damaged. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Failue to bing the steeing / pak bake contols inwad at the same time will cause the unit's safety system to shut the unit down. Ignition Switch Fowad The ignition switch is on the contol panel and is used to stat and stop the engine. Neutal Pak Bake Revese 13

14 CONTROLS Sevice Mete Thottle Contol The thottle contol egulates the engine speed and theeby the ate of otation of the blades, assuming the blade switch is pulled out. To incease o decease the engine speed, the contol is moved fowad o back espectively. Avoid idling the engine fo long peiods, as thee is a isk of fouling the spak plugs. USE FULL THROTTLE WHEN MOWING, fo best mowe pefomance and battey chaging. Cold Weathe Contol The sevice mete displays the total opeating time with the blade activated. At 50 hou intevals of opeation, an oil can icon shows and stays on fo two hous befoe an automatic eset occus. To manually eset the mete, tun the key off and on five times at one second intevals. To sevice the engine and mowe, see the Sevice Jounal of this manual. Blade Switch In tempeatues below 32 O F, move the thottle contol fowad past the stat detent to the snowflake symbol. Once the engine has stated, slowly move the thottle contol back to the full thottle position. To engage the mowe deck, pull the knob out; mowe blades ae disengaged when the knob is pessed down. 14

15 CONTROLS Fuse Cutting Height Leve The 20 amp pimay fuse is located on the left hand side of the machine. It is accessed by tilting the seat fowad. The fuse is a flat pin type used in automobiles. To set the deck cutting height, pull the cutting height leve inwads and move it to the desied height notch. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Always aise the deck to the highest position fo tanspot. Seat Adjustment Leve IMPORTANT INFORMATION To obtain an even cutting height, it is impotant that the ai pessue in all ties is 15 psi / 103 kpa / 1 ba. Bypass Linkages The seat can be adjusted lengthways. When making adjustments, the leve below the ight side of the seat is pulled up, afte which the seat can be moved backwad o fowad. Fuel Shut Off Valve Tansaxle bypass linkages must be engaged when pushing o pulling the mowe. The elease leves ae located on each side of the ea of the unit below the ea engine guad. See Moving Machine By Hand in the Opeation section. WARNING! Bypass linkages ae located close to the muffle. To pevent buns, the engine should be shut off and allowed to cool befoe the bypass linkage leves ae handled. The fuel shut off valve is located at the ight ea of the seat. The valve is off when the handle tab is tuned pependicula to the fuel line. 15

Acidic gas can damage the fuel system of an engine while in stoage. To avoid engine poblems, the fuel system should be emptied befoe stoage of 30 days o longe. Dain the gas tank, stat the engine and let it opeate until the fuel lines and cabueto ae empty. Use fesh fuel the next season. See Stoage fo additional infomation. Do not use engine o cabueto cleanes in the fuel tank o pemanent damage may occu. Read the safety instuctions befoe efueling. The capacity fo each tank is 5-1/2 gallons. Regulaly check the gas cap gasket fo damage and keep the cap coectly tightened. The engine will opeate on a minimum of 87-octane unleaded gasoline (no oil mix). Envionmentally adapted alkylate gasoline can be used. See Technical Data concening ethanol fuel. Methanol fuel is not allowed. Do not use E85 alcohol based fuel. Damage to the engine and components may occu. When opeating in tempeatues below 0 C, use fesh, clean winte gade gasoline to help insue good cold weathe stating. WARNING! The engine and the exhaust system, become vey hot duing opeation. Thee is a isk fo buns if touched. Let engine and exhaust system to cool befoe efueling. WARNING! Fill to bottom of fille neck. Do not ovefill. Clean off spilled oil o fuel. Do not keep, spill o use gasoline nea an open flame. Tacking If the mowe is not tacking staight, check the ai pessue in both ea ties. Recommended ai pessue fo the ea ties is 15 psi (1 ba). Tacking adjustments ae made using the tacking bolts. The tacking bolts limit the motion contol leves when in the full-fowad position. 1. Fo peliminay tacking adjustment, move unit to an open, unobstucted aea such as an empty paking lot o open field. 2. Using a 1/2" wench, back the tacking bolts out until flush with nut. 3. Test opeate unit by diving it at full thottle and the full fowad position on both motion contol leves. Gadually tun in the tacking bolt on the ight hand side until the unit noticeably stats difting ight. 4. Dive fowad at full thottle with both motion contol leves in the full fowad position. Gadually tun in the left tacking bolt until unit tacks staight. 16

17 OPERATION Read the Safety section and following pages, if you ae unfamilia with the machine. Taining Due to unique steeing capabilities, zeo tun mowes ae fa moe maneuveable than typical iding mowes. Review this section fully pio to tying to move the mowe unde its own powe. When fist opeating the mowe o until becoming comfotable with contols, use a educed thottle speed and educed gound speed. DO NOT move contol leves to the futhest fowad o evese positions duing initial opeation. Fist time uses must become familia with the mowe s movement on a had suface, such as concete o blacktop PRIOR to tying to opeate on tuf. Until the opeato becomes comfotable with the mowe contols and zeo tuning capability, ovely aggessive maneuves may damage tuf. Steeing To move fowad and backwad The diection and speed of the mowe s movements ae effected by the movement of the contol leve(s) on each side of mowe. The left contol leve contols the left wheel. The ight contol leve contols the ight wheel. Fist time uses must push the mowe (see Moving Machine By Hand in the Opeation section) to an open, flat aea without othe pesons, vehicles o obstacles neaby. To move the unit unde its own powe, the opeato must sit in the seat and stat the engine (see Befoe Stating in the Opeation section). Adjust the engine speed to idle but do not engage the blades at this time. Pull contol leves inwad. As long as the contol leves have not been moved fowad o backwads, the mowe will not move. Slowly move both contol leves fowad slightly. This will let the mowe stat moving fowad in a staight line. Pull the contol leves back to the neutal position and stop the mowe fom moving. Pull back slightly on contol leves, allowing the mowe to move backwads. Push the contol leves fowad to the neutal position to stop the mowe fom moving. To tun to the ight While moving in a fowad diection, pull the ight leve back towads the neutal position while maintaining the position of the left leve, this will slow the otation of the ight wheel and cause the machine to tun in that diection. To tun to the left While moving in a fowad diection pull the left leve back towads the neutal position while maintaining the position of the ight leve, this will slow the otation of the left wheel and cause the machine to tun in that diection. To zeo tun While moving in a fowad diection, fist pull both contol leves back until the mowe stops o slows damatically. Then by altenating one leve slightly to the fowad position and the othe in the evese position, complete the tun. Befoe Stating 1. Read the sections on Safety and Contols befoe stating the machine. 2. Do the daily maintenance befoe stating (see Maintenance Schedule in the Maintenance section). 3. Check that thee is sufficient fuel in the fuel tank. 4. Adjust the seat to the desied position. WARNING! The engine exhaust contains cabon monoxide, which is an odoless, cololess, poisonous gas. Do not use the machine in enclosed spaces. Stating the Engine 1. Sit on the seat. 2. Raise the mowe deck to the highest position. 3. Disengage the mowe blades by pessing the blade switch downwads. 4. Move the steeing / pak bake contols fimly out to the locked position. 5. Move the thottle leve to the full thottle position. NOTE: Thee is a detent at the full thottle position to aid in setting the contol. 17

18 OPERATION If the tempeatue is below 0 C, move the thottle leve up to the cold weathe (snowflake) stating position. When the engine has stated, move the thottle leve back to full thottle detent and let the engine to wam up fo a shot peiod befoe opeating the unit. Failue to move the thottle fom the cold weathe stating position will esult in unsatisfactoy engine pefomance, smoke and spak plug fouling. 7. When the engine stats, immediately elease the ignition key back to the un position. 8. Set the engine speed with the thottle. Let the engine to opeate at a modeate speed, appoximately mid thottle, fo a shot time befoe use. 9. USE FULL THROTTLE WHEN MOWING. Running 1. Release the pak bake by pulling the steeing / pak bake contols inwads to the neutal position at the same time. NOTE: The mowe is equipped with an opeato pesence system. If the opeato ties to leave the seat with the engine unning, without fist setting the pak bake, the engine will shut off. 2. Lowe the mowe deck to the desied cutting height. 6. Push in and tun the ignition key to the stat position. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Do not opeate the state fo moe than five seconds each time. If the engine does not stat, wait appoximately ten seconds befoe etying. 3. Move thottle contol to full thottle (abbit symbol). 4. Engage the mowe deck by pulling the blade switch up. WARNING! Make sue that no one is nea mowe when engaging blade switch. Make sue the wok aea is fee fom objects that could be thown by the otating blades. 5. Pull contol leves inwad and slowly move both contol leves slightly fowad to move fowad in a staight line. 18

19 OPERATION IMPORTANT INFORMATION When stopping and leaving the machine, both steeing / pak bake contols must be moved out to the locked position at the same time. Stopping the Engine 1. Move the thottle to the minimum position (totoise symbol). 2. Move the steeing contols at the same time out to the pak bake position. 3. Disengage the mowe deck by pessing the blade switch down. 4. Raise the mowe deck to the highest position. If the engine has been woked had, let it idle at least 60 seconds to attain a usual opeating tempeatue befoe stopping. To pevent fouling the spak plugs, avoid idling the engine fo longe peiods. 5. Tun the ignition key to the stop position. Remove key. Always emove key when leaving the mowe to pevent unauthoized use. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Leaving the ignition switch in a position than OFF will cause the battey to be dischaged. Opeating on Hills Read the Safety Instuctions Diving on Slopes in the Safety section. Use the slowest speed possible befoe stating up o down hills. Avoid stopping o changing speed on hills. If stopping is fully necessay, pull steeing / pak bake contols into the neutal position and push outwad to engage the pak bake. Pull the steeing / pak bake contols back to the cente of the mowe and push fowad to egain fowad movement. Make all tuns slowly. WARNING! Do not dive the ide on teain that slopes moe than 10 degees. Mow slopes up and down, neve side to side. Avoid sudden diectional changes. Do not dive acoss slopes. Mowing Tips Obseve and flag ocks and othe fixed objects to avoid collisions. Begin with a high cutting height and educe it until the desied mowing esult is attained. The aveage lawn must be cut to 6.35 cm duing the cool season and ove 7.62 cm duing the hot months. Fo healthie and bette looking lawns, mow often afte modeate gowth. Fo best cutting pefomance, gass ove cm in height must be mowed twice. Make the fist cut elatively high; the second to the desied height. The mowing esult will be best with a high engine speed (the blades otate apidly) and low speed (the ide moves slowly). If the gass is not too long and dense, the diving speed can be inceased without negatively affecting the mowing esult. The finest lawns ae obtained by mowing often. The lawn becomes moe even and the gass clippings moe equally distibuted ove the mown aea. The total time taken is not inceased as a highe opeating speed can be used without poo mowing esults. When mowing lage aeas, stat by tuning to the ight so that clippings will dischage away fom shubs, fences, diveways, etc. Afte one o two ounds, mow in the opposite diection making left hand tuns until finished. Avoid mowing wet lawns. The mowing esult is pooe because the wheels sink into the soft lawn, clumps build, and gass clippings fasten unde the cowling. Hose the mowe deck undeside with wate afte each use. When cleaning, the mowe deck shall be aised into the tanspot position. Make sue the mowe is cooled and the engine is off. Use compessed ai to clean top suface of the deck. Avoid flooding wate on top suface, engine and electical components. When the mulching kit is used, it is impotant that the mowing inteval is fequent. 19

20 OPERATION Moving Machine By Hand When pushing o pulling the mowe, engage the EZT bypass linkages. The EZT bypass linkages ae located on the ea of the fame, below the ea engine guad. 1. Raise the deck into the highest cutting position. 2. Move the steeing / pak bake contols inwads to the neutal position. 3. Pull the EZT bypass linkages up and out of the keyhole slots. Release the leves with the head outside the fame and held in the bypass position. IMPORTANT INFORMATION To manually push the mowe, engage the hydo bypass leves on both sides, pull both steeing / pak bake contols inwads and push machine. WARNING! Bypass linkages ae located close to the muffle. To pevent buns, the engine should be shut off and allowed to cool befoe the bypass linkage leves ae handled. WARNING! Make no adjustments without: the engine stopped, the ignition key emoved, the pak bake activated WARNING! Use moe caution when loading the machine into a tuck o taile using amps. Thee is the possibility of dangeous injuy o death if the machine falls off the amps. 4. To eengage the EZT s to dive, evese the above pocedue. Load the machine into tuck o taile by diving slowly up the amps. DO NOT LIFT! The machine is not intended to be lifted by hand. 20

If injued by escaping fluid, see a docto immediately. Dangeous infection o eaction can develop if pope medical teatment is not administeed. 22

23 MAINTENANCE Safety System The machine is equipped with a safety system that pevents stating o diving unde the following conditions. The engine can only be stated when: the mowe deck is disengaged. the steeing / pak bake contols ae in the oute, locked neutal position, making sue of full pak bake engagement fo a safe statup. Pak Bake Visually check that no damage is found on the steeing contol leves, links o switches belonging to the pak bake. Do a standstill test and check that thee is sufficient baking action. To adjust the pak bake tension, move the boot coveing the steeing contol base. Tighten the 1/2" pivot nut until the baking action is coect. Replace the steeing boot, making sue the boot top sits between the two adjustment bolts on the steeing contol. Fo futhe adjust to the pak bake, contact the Husqvana sevice wokshop. NOTE: If the steeing / pak bake contols ae not holding in the full outboad position, the tension can be adjusted by tightening the nut on the backside of the pivot. (See Pak Bake in this section). Make daily inspections to make sue that the safety system woks by tying to stat the engine when one of the conditions is not met. Change the conditions and ty again. If the machine stats when one of these conditions is not met, tun the machine off and epai the safety system befoe using the machine again. Make sue the engine stops when the pak bake is not engaged and the opeato leaves the seated position. Check that the engine stops if the mowe blades ae engaged and the dive tempoaily moves off the dives seat. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The machine must be standing still when applying the pak bake. WARNING! Faulty adjustment will esult in educed baking ability and can cause an accident. Tie Pessues All ties must be at 15 psi / 103 kpa / 1 ba. IMPORTANT INFORMATION To be able to dive, the dive must sit in the seat and the steeing / pak bake contols must be moved into the engaged (oute) position. Othewise the engine will stop. IMPORTANT INFORMATION DO NOT add a tie line o foam fill mateial to the ties. Excessive loads ceated by foam filled ties will cause pematue failues. Only use O.E.M. specified ties. 23

24 MAINTENANCE Battey If the battey is too weak to stat the engine, it must be echaged. CAUTION! Lead-acid batteies geneate explosive gases. Keep spaks, flame and smoking mateials away fom batteies. Always wea eye potection when aound batteies. Jumpe Cable Use 1. Connect each end of the RED cable to the POSITIVE (+) teminal on each battey, taking cae not to shot against chassis. 2. Connect one end of the BLACK cable to the NEGATIVE (-) teminal of the fully chaged battey. 3. Connect the othe end of the BLACK cable to a good CHASSIS GROUND on the mowe with the dischaged battey, away fom the fuel tank and battey. To emove cables, evese ode 1. Remove BLACK cable fist fom chassis and then fom the fully chaged battey. 2. Remove RED cable last fom both batteies. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The mowe is equipped with a 12-volt negative gounded system. The othe vehicle must also be a 12-volt negative gounded system. Do not use you mowe to stat othe vehicles. The mowe is equipped with a maintenance fee battey. Sevicing is not necessay. Peiodic chaging of the battey with an automotive type battey chage will extend its life. Keep battey and teminals clean. Keep battey bolts tight. See chat fo chaging times. STD BATTERY STATE OF CHARGE Cleaning battey and teminals Coosion and dit on the battey and teminals can cause the battey to lose powe. 1. Disconnect BLACK battey cable fist, then the RED battey cable and emove the battey fom the machine. 2. Flush the battey with plain wate and dy. 3. Clean teminals and battey cable ends with wie bush until shiny. 4. Coat teminals with gease o petoleum jelly. 5. Reinstall battey. Replacing battey 1. Lift seat and push fowad. Using two 1/2" wenches disconnect BLACK battey cable then RED battey cable. 3. Position deck to lowest setting. 4. Font undeside of fame, emove the nuts secuing the battey hold-down. 5. Caefully emove the battey fom the mowe. 6. Install new battey with cable teminals outed to the cente of the battey. 24

25 MAINTENANCE 7. Reinstall battey hold-down and attach with nuts emoved in Step Reconnect RED battey cable to positive (+) battey teminal with bolt and hex nut. 9. Connect BLACK gounding cable to negative (-) battey teminal with emaining hex bolt and hex nut. 10. Replace teminal boot cove. 11. Lowe the seat WARNING! Do not shot battey teminals by allowing a wench o othe objects to contact both teminals at the same time. Befoe connecting battey, emove metal bacelets, wistwatch bands, ings, etc. Positive teminal must be connected fist to pevent spaks fom accidental gounding. V-belts Check at 100 hou intevals of opeation. Check fo sevee cacking and lage nicks. The belt will show some small cacks in usual opeation. The belts ae not adjustable. Replace belts if they begin to slip fom wea. Deck Belt Removal 1. Pak on a level suface. Apply pak bake. 2. Lowe the deck into the lowest cutting position. 3. Remove the bolts fom the belt shields and emove the shields. 4. Remove dit o gass fom aound the cutte housings and the deck suface. 5. Loosen the nut secuing the belt guide. Pull the belt guide up out of the idle am. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Do not ty to open o emove caps o coves. Adding o checking level of electolyte is not necessay. Always use two wenches fo the teminal scews. CAUTION! Always wea eye potection when aound batteies. Caste Wheels Check at 200 hou intevals. Check that wheels tun feely. If wheels do not tun feely take the unit to you deale fo sevice. Foam filled ties o solid ties will void the waanty. Removal and installation Remove nut and caste bolt. Pull the wheel out of the yoke and take cae of the spaces. Install in evese ode. Tighten caste bolt. 6. Push inwad on the idle am to elease the tension on the belt. 7. Caefully lift the belt ove the top of the cutte housing pulleys and emove belt fom the deck. Deck Belt Installation NOTE: Fo ease in installing the deck belt, efe to the outing decal on the top of the deck. 1. Wind the deck belt aound the electic clutch pulley located on the engine shaft. 2. Route the belt fowad and up onto the deck. 3. Position the belt aound sping loaded idle pulley. 4. Wind the belt aound the stationay idle pulley and the mandel housings. 5. Push inwad on the idle am and caefully put the belt ove the stationay idle pulley. When the belt is coectly outed, slowly elease the idle am to tension the belt. 6. Double check the belt outing to make sue it matches the outing decal, and the belt does not have twists. 7. Set the loosened belt guide into the idle am hole and tighten the pulley bolt. 8. Replace belt shields on both mandel housings and secue with fastenes. 25

26 MAINTENANCE Adjusting the Mowe Deck Leveling deck Adjust the deck while the mowe is on a level suface. Make sue the ties ae inflated to the coect pessue. See Technical Data / Tansmission. If ties ae unde o ove inflated, the deck cannot be coectly adjusted. Raise the deck to the highest (tanspot) position. The deck must be adjusted slightly highe in the ea. NOTE: To insue the pecision of the leveling pocedue, the mowe deck dive belt must be installed befoe leveling the deck. 1. Wea heavy gloves. Tun each oute blade tip to align font to ea with the deck side-to-side. the ea, emove the foot plate access the font deck adjustment. With an adjustable wench, loosen the ea jam nut on the font suspension linkage. Make adjustment to level with the font lift link nut. Clockwise aises the font of the mowe, counte clockwise will lowe the font. Adjust the nut until ea blade tip is 6,35 mm a 9,525 mm highe than the font blade tip. NOTE: This will position the mowe deck in a standad measuement position. Depending on the type of gass being mowed o envionmental conditions, additional adjustments may be equied to get the desied cut. 2. Measue fom the floo suface up to the bottom of the blade tip on the dischage side of the mowe deck. Recod the measuement. 3. Move to the opposite side, check that measuement is the same. If adjustment is equied with a 3/4" o adjustable wench, tun the lift link adjustment nuts on eithe side counte clockwise to lowe o clockwise to aise. Adjust until both measuements ae equal. CAUTION! Blades ae shap. Potect you hands with gloves and/o wind heavy cloth aound the blades befoe handling. The shapening of blades must be caied out by an authoized sevice wokshop. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Special blade bolt is heat teated. Replace with a Husqvana bolt if equied. Do not use lowe gade hadwae than specified. 4. Tun eithe blade to align with the deck font-to-ea. If the font blade tip does not measue 6,35 mm a 9,525 mm lowe than 26 Cutting Blades Fo the best mowing esults, it is impotant that blades ae coectly shapened and not damaged. Replace blades that have been bent o cacked when hitting obstacles. Let the sevice wokshop decide if a blade with lage nicks can be epaied/gound o must be eplaced. Balance the blades afte shapening. Check the blade mounts. Blade eplacement 1. Remove blade bolt by tuning counte clockwise. 2. Install new o eshapened blade with stamped GRASS SIDE facing towads
